Abstract: Disclosed embodiments may include a queue management system. The system may receive one or more utterances comprising a customer intent from a user device, determine a first queue from a plurality of queues in which to place the user based on the user intent, and receive first urgency data comprising battery indication data from the user device. The system may then determine, using a machine learning model, a first dynamic priority score for the user based on the user intent and the first urgency data including battery indication data associated with the user device. Based on the first dynamic priority score for the user, the system may assign an initial user-specific position within the first queue to the user that differs from a default initial position in the first queue. Based on updated urgency data, the system may dynamically update the user's position to a second user-specific position.

Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, methods, and computer program products are disclosed for rental optimization of real estate. An example method includes detecting, by an event monitoring engine, an occurrence of a trigger event. The example method further includes defining, by the event monitoring engine and based on a trigger event attribute set, an area of interest, and identifying, by a prospect engine, a rentable unit within the area of interest that corresponds to a trigger event type attribute. The example method further includes generating, by the prospect engine and based on the trigger event attribute set, a rental price prediction for the rentable unit, if the rental price prediction satisfies a predefined rental price threshold, generating, by the prospect engine, a personalized rental recommendation for the rentable unit, and outputting, by communications hardware, a rental prompt based on the personalized rental recommendation.

DYNAMIC MINIMUM PRESENTATION FOR OPTIMIZED FRESH ITEM PRODUCTION

Abstract: Examples provide for generating dynamic minimum presentation (MP) values for optimizing fresh item production while reducing system resource usage. An MP engine calculates a monetary level impact of overproduction and underproduction of a fresh item using production-related data, including a shelf life of the fresh item and cost of production. The calculated monetary level impact includes predicted monetary loss from lost sales due to an item going out-of-stock and/or monetary loss from unsold instances of the fresh item where too many instances of the fresh item are prepared. The dynamic MP value is generated based on dynamic data, the item attribute data, and the predicted monetary loss. The dynamic MP value is used to create a production plan recommendation customized at a store-item level for a selected date, thereby enabling optimization of safety stock while minimizing system resource usage consumed in generating MP predictions for fresh items.

Abstract: According to an aspect, a method for searching within user-generated reviews includes receiving, from a client device, a search query to search within a plurality of user-generated reviews relating to a plurality of entities, and identifying, in response to the search query, a set of user-generated reviews from the plurality of user-generated reviews that correspond to one or more search terms of the search query, where the set of user-generated reviews includes a user-generated review for a first entity and a user-generated review for a second entity. The first entity is different from the second entity. The method includes providing at least a portion of the user-generated review for the first entity and at least a portion of the user-generated review for the second entity for simultaneous display on a comparison layout of a user interface of the client device.

Blockchain-based room inventory management system and method

Abstract: A blockchain-based room inventory management system includes a property management system (PMS) module and an intermediate server system. The PMS module may be under a hotel's direct control. The intermediate server system communicates with at least one online travel agency (OTA) module and/or at least one booking engine using Ethereum-based smart contracts for confirming and processing a room reservation event. If the room reservation event is confirmed to be a successful transaction, the intermediate server system also updates the successful transaction into the PMS module and a blockchain formed by multiple node servers. The blockchain contains multiple blocks arranged in a chronological order for distinguishing successful transactions of different moments. In this way, each successful transaction is prevented from wrongly preceded by a later successful transaction. And the room inventory management system neutralizes an overbooking issue accordingly.

Abstract: A method comprises storing, by one or more processors in memory, a database comprising a plurality of accounts; receiving potential transaction data corresponding to potential transactions; generating a potential transaction identifier for each of the potential transactions; selecting a subset of the potential transactions; presenting the selected subset of the potential transactions on a user interface; receiving a selection of a first potential transaction from the subset of the potential transactions; generating an account potential transaction code based on a first account identifier of a first user account and a first potential transaction identifier of the first potential transaction; transmitting the account potential transaction code; receiving a transaction request for a transaction, the transaction request comprising the account potential transaction code; and updating the first user account to indicate the transaction.

Abstract: This disclosure describes systems and methods that facilitate the generation of recommendations by traversing a graph. Walks that traverse the graph may be initiated from a plurality of different nodes in the node graph. In order to give greater or lesser weight to particular nodes, the walks may have different lengths depending on the nodes from which they are initiated, or an unequal amount of walks may be distributed between nodes from which walks are initiated. A plurality of walks through a node graph may be tracked, and visit counts or scores for nodes in the node graph may be determined. For example, scores may be increased for nodes that are visited by a walk initiated from a first node and a second walk initiated from a second node, or scores may be decreased for nodes that are not visited by a first walk initiated from a first node and a second walk initiated from a second node. Content corresponding to nodes may be recommended based on the scores or visit counts.

Abstract: The Decentralized Exchange with Price Oracle Apparatuses, Processes and Systems (“DEPO”) transforms decentralized exchange liquidity provision request, decentralized exchange crypto asset swap request, decentralized exchange liquidity redemption request datastructure/inputs via DEPO components into decentralized exchange liquidity provision response, decentralized exchange crypto asset swap response, decentralized exchange liquidity redemption response outputs. A decentralized exchange liquidity provision transaction is obtained via a bidirectional decentralized exchange smart contract deployed on a blockchain. A crypto assets exchange quotient for exchanging a first crypto asset type and a second crypto asset type is determined. A quantity of fungible tokens specific to a crypto assets liquidity tranche datastructure to generate is calculated. The calculated quantity of fungible tokens specific to the crypto assets liquidity tranche datastructure is transferred to a provision blockchain address controlled by a sender of the decentralized exchange liquidity provision transaction.
