A gas-insulated high-voltage switch for the interruption of large currents includes a housing, a contact arrangement which is arranged in the housing and has two switching pieces which can be moved relative to one another along an axis. Each switching piece has a rated current contact and an arcing contact. The switch includes a drive which acts on a first of the two switching pieces. The switch includes a device configured to detect and indicate the contact wear of the two arcing contacts caused by the action of the arc. The device has an indicator arranged outside the housing. In the switch, the remaining life which is determined by the contact wear of the arcing contacts is detected and indicated by a simple mechanical mechanism. The device has a transmission mechanism which is fed through the housing in a gas-tight manner and a drive member coupled to the operating element.

Exemplary embodiments relate to a color changer module including an inlet channel, an outlet channel, a duct channel arranged between them to form a fluidic connection, and a first valve for interrupting the duct channel. A docking valve, lies fluidically in series with the first valve and with which the duct channel can also be interrupted.
Abstract:
Exemplary embodiments are directed to a method for operating a converter, wherein the converter includes a plurality of bridge branches having one or more switching cells connected in series. Each bridge branch connects one of a plurality of inputs to one of a plurality of outputs of the converter. The method includes monitoring each of the switching cells in order to determine a fault. If a fault is identified in one of the switching cells, triggering one of the triggering elements for short-circuiting switching cell connections if the fault identified in the switching cell is not followed by identification of a fault in a further one of the switching cells within a predetermined period of time.
Abstract:
A method is provided for simplifying navigation for a user among process control views on a user terminal display of a process control system. The method includes presenting a current main process control view in a first main view window together with a number of additional views in a second additional views window, receiving, from the user, a selection of a view in the second window to be main process control view, setting the selected view as current main process control view, choosing a group of views to be presented as additional views in the second window based on an additional view selection criterion, and repeating presenting current main process control view according to the received selection with the chosen group of views as additional views in the second window. Also provided are a user terminal and a non-transitory computer-readable recording medium having a computer program for simplifying such navigation.
Abstract:
A method and an arrangement are provided for determining values of impedance parameters related to a transformer configuration including three single pole voltage transformers each respectively having at least a primary winding, a secondary winding and a tertiary winding. The primary windings are connected to phases of a three phase electric system. The arrangement is configured to conduct an earth fault in the three phase electric system, measure a primary voltage from the faulted phase, measure secondary voltages from the secondary windings, and determine values of one or more impedance parameters related to the transformer configuration on the basis of the measured primary voltage, the measured secondary voltages and an equation relating the primary voltage to the secondary voltages and the one or more impedance parameters.
Abstract:

The arrangement is configured to apply a correction to measured secondary voltages on the basis of one or more parameters of the voltage transformers and/or one or more quantities in a known relation to one or more parameters of the voltage transformers, one or more parameters of a circuit connected to the secondary windings and/or one or more quantities in a known relation to one or more parameters of the circuit connected to the secondary windings, and one or more parameters of a circuit connected to the tertiary windings and/or one or more quantities in a known relation to one or more parameters of the circuit connected to the tertiary windings.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus are provided for differential protection of a three phase electric connection of an electric system. The apparatus includes means for determining a value of an operate quantity, which operate quantity is based on a difference between current quantities at a first point and a second point of the electric connection, and means for detecting a fault in the electric connection between the first point and the second point if the value of the operate quantity exceeds a value of a predetermined threshold quantity. The operate quantity is based on a difference of residual currents at the first point and the second point, or a quantity indicative thereof, and a coefficient indicative of an angle between a residual voltage of the electric connection and the difference of residual currents at the first point and the second point.
