Abstract: A multilayer wiring board includes two or more layers laminated together, each layer includes an insulating resin layer having a first surface and a second surface, and a conductor layer. The insulating resin layer includes a first recess that is open to the first surface, a groove section that is open to the first surface, and a second recess that is open to the second surface and communicates with one or more of the first recesses. Each insulating resin layer is integrally formed in a thickness direction thereof. The conductor layer includes a land portion and a wiring portion filling the first recess and the groove section, and a via portion protruding from the first surface at a position of the land portion. The via portion protruding from the first surface of the insulating resin layer fills a recess of another insulating resin layer adjacent to the first surface.

Abstract: A gate insulating layer of a thin film transistor includes a first gate insulating coating including an organic polymer compound or an organic-inorganic composite material, and a second gate insulating coating including one selected from a group of silicon oxide, silicon nitride, silicon oxynitride, and aluminum oxide. The second gate insulating coating is sandwiched between the first gate insulating coating and a semiconductor layer. The first gate insulating coating has a thickness of 100 nm or greater and 1500 nm or less, and a product of the thickness and Young's modulus of the first gate insulating coating is 300 nm·GPa or greater and 30000 nm·GPa or less. The second gate insulating coating has a thickness of 2 nm or greater and 30 nm or less, and a product of the thickness and Young's modulus of the second gate insulating coating is 100 nm·GPa or greater and 9000 nm·GPa or less.

Abstract: Thicknesses of a light control layer in measurement positions are within the range of 0.8 times to 1.2 times the median value of the thicknesses. In a characteristic curve obtained by measuring a change of a linear transmittance of visible light when a drive voltage applied to transparent electrode layers is changed, first voltage is a lower limit drive voltage in the range in which a change ratio of a linear transmittance is 0.5%/V or more, second voltage is an upper limit drive voltage, and a middle value is between the first voltage and the second voltage. The variance in the middle value is 35.0% or less. The variance is obtained by dividing a difference between the minimum value and the maximum value of middle values obtained from the characteristic curves of the measurement positions, by an average value of the middle values.
