A method for receiving MBMS (Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service) service at a user equipment camping on a first frequency in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method comprises receiving the MBMS on a second frequency without camping on the second frequency from a network, if being able to receive the MBMS on the second frequency while camping on the first frequency.

Provided are a method and a wireless device for reporting proxy information in a wireless communication system. As the wireless device enters the proximity of a first target cell on a target frequency, the wireless device reports first proxy information indicating entering the proximity to a serving cell. Before the wireless device transmits proxy information indicating leaving the proximity after reporting the first proxy information, the wireless device does not report proxy information on entering the proximity of any other target cell on the target frequency.

Provided is a method for reporting a measurement in a wireless communication system. The method comprises: obtaining a first-type measurement result by performing a first-type measurement; obtaining a second-type measurement result by performing a second-type measurement; determining whether the first-type measurement result satisfies a reporting condition; and transmitting a measurement report message, which includes the first-type measurement result, to a network when the first-type measurement result satisfies the reporting condition. A first measurement report message further comprises a second-type measurement result.

Provided is a method for measuring and reporting a channel state information-reference signal (CSI-RS) in a wireless communication system. The method comprises: transmitting a first measurement report message, which includes at least one first CSI-RS measurement report; determining whether to report at least one second CSI-RS measurement result; and transmitting a second measurement report message, which includes the at least one second CSI-RS measurement result, when the determination is made to report the second CSI-RS measurement result. The determination of whether to report is based on a first CSI-RS trigger list, which is a list of one or more first CSI-RS resources that are related to the at least one first CSI-RS measurement result, and a second CSI-RS trigger list, which is a list of one or more second CSI-RS resources that are related to the at least one second CSI-RS measurement result.

The method includes steps of receiving, from a source cell, a handover command including information on an operating band of a target cell; and if the carrier frequency of the target cell is not calculated using the information on the operating band of the target cell, configuring the target cell as a barred cell.

The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a device for performing autonomously search for a cell in the wireless communication system, the method comprising: receiving configuration information including frequency information; autonomously performing search for a cell in accordance with the frequency information; and transmitting a proximity indication about a detected cell when the cell is detected on a frequency identified by the frequency information.

Radio link Failure (RLF) reporting operation in a wireless communication system using multiple cells is disclosed. According to this operation, when a first cell and a second cell are simultaneously connected to a UE and the first cell and the second cell are of different base stations (a first base station and a second base station respectively), if the RLF with the UE on the first cell is detected by the first base station, the first base station may transmits an indication of the RLF with the UE on the first cell to the second base station.

The method comprises estimating mobility status of the terminal, detecting a neighboring cell, calculating an expected dwell time in the neighboring cell which is detected, determining whether to set an adaptive mobility condition on the basis of the expected dwell time, and moving on the basis of the adaptive mobility condition when the adaptive mobility condition is determined to be set.
