Abstract: The present invention provides a silicon microphone with a high-aspect-ratio corrugated diaphragm and a microphone package including the same. The microphone comprises the corrugated diaphragm on which at least one ring-shaped corrugation is formed in the vicinity of the edge of the diaphragm which is fixed to the substrate, the corrugated diaphragm is flexible, wherein the ratio of the depth of the corrugation to the thickness of the diaphragm is larger than 5:1, preferably 20:1, and the walls of the corrugation are inclined to the surface of the diaphragm at an angle in the range of 80° to 100°. The microphone with the high-aspect-ratio corrugated diaphragm can achieve a consistent and optimal sensitivity and greatly reduce impact applied thereto in a drop test so that the performances, the reproducibility, the reliability and the yield can be improved. The microphone package of the present invention further provides a simplified processing, an improved sensitivity and an improved SNR.

Abstract: A loudspeaker vibration system includes a diaphragm body part and a voice coil engaged at a lower side of the diaphragm body part. The diaphragm body part includes a rigid dome part, a silicon rubber membrane, and a plastic support engaged to an edge of the silicon rubber membrane. The dome part is engaged at a middle position of the silicon rubber membrane. A convex or concave bent ring part is provided at a location at an outer side of the dome part on the silicon rubber membrane. A spacing between the edge at an outer side of the dome part and an edge of the bent ring part closer to the dome part is in a range of 0.02 mm and 0.2 mm, and colloid is disposed in a gap between the dome part and the bent ring part. The loudspeaker vibration system according to the present disclosure may improve product sensitivity, reduce distortion and enhance acoustic performance of the product.

Abstract: A loudspeaker module comprises a loudspeaker unit and a module housing. A front acoustic cavity and a rear acoustic cavity are formed between the module housing and the loudspeaker unit. The upper and lower ends of the front acoustic cavity and the rear acoustic cavity are open. The upper and lower end surfaces of the module housing are combined with a terminal electronic device through sealing cushions. An electronic device is also disclosed. The upper and lower surfaces of the module housing are combined with the circuit board or the device housing through sealing cushions. Such a structure fully utilizes the spaces of the loudspeaker module and the electronic device, expands the internal space of the loudspeaker module, increases the sizes of the loudspeaker unit and the sound cavities, and accordingly improves the acoustical performance of the product.

Abstract: A method and a system for achieving a self-adaptive surround sound. The method comprises: recognizing specific positions of a room and a user in the room by using an object recognition technology, capturing focusing images of recognized objects by controlling a camera using a focusing control technology, and recording corresponding focusing parameters (S110); calculating position information of the room relative to the camera and position information of the user relative to the camera according to the images and the parameters (S120); calculating sound beams that can achieve the surround sound at the position of the user in said room according to aforesaid calculated position information of the room and the user (S130); obtaining parameters of a filter group according to the calculated sound beams, and adjusting the filter group of a loudspeaker array according to the parameters (S140); and playing an audio signal via the loudspeaker array after the audio signal is filtered by the filter group that has been adjusted according to the parameters to form surround sound at the position of the user in the room (S150).

Abstract: The loudspeaker module includes a loudspeaker unit including a front cover and a casing engaged together, a vibration system, and a magnetic circuit system received in a space enclosed by the front cover and casing. The loudspeaker module further includes an independent housing enclosing a sealed cavity. The independent housing is provided with an opening communicating the cavity with the exterior. A sidewall of the casing is provided with a rear sound aperture radiating an acoustic wave to a side. The side of the loudspeaker unit provided with the rear sound aperture is sealingly engaged with the independent housing at the opening. A structure of the opening matches with the loudspeaker unit. The rear sound aperture communicates with the cavity. After the loudspeaker unit is engaged with the independent housing, the cavity forms a rear acoustic cavity of the loudspeaker module.
