    摘要: A pre-fabricated construction panel for use on an external surface and/or as part of a budding or construction is provided. The panel comprises at least a first layer which is at least partially provided from thermally insulating material having a first surface, the panel comprising at least a second layer, the at least second layer being provided from fiber cement board, the second layer having a second surface facing the first surface. The first surface is profiled having recessed surface zones and heightened surface zones, the first and second layers being connected one to the other at least along the heightened surface zones of the first, the recessed surface zones provides at least one interspace between the first and second surface. This at least one inter-space has at least two openings to the external of the panel for enabling air to flow into and out of the interspace towards the external of the panel. Less than 25% of the total surface of the first surface is connected to, e.g. adheres to, the second surface.

    摘要: A structural element (10) for use as a ceiling element or wall element. The structural element (10) has a facing shell (11) and a relatively thicker supporting shell (12). The facing shell (11) has a first concrete layer (14) with a textile reinforcement (15) arranged therein. The supporting shell (12) has a second concrete layer (16) and a supporting shell reinforcement (17) in the form of a box-grid structure from interconnected structural steel elements (18, 19, 20). The facing shell (11) is connected to the supporting shell (12) by a plurality of metal-free connecting bodies (24) in the form of a three-dimensional a textile grid structure (25). The textile grid structure can be produced as a woven fabric, a plait, a nonwoven fabric or a knit from carbon fibers and/or glass fiber threads that have a coating to produce the three-dimensional structure. Each connecting body (24) extends in at least two spatial planes.

    摘要: A building panel structure is disclosed, in which building panels are used to form a structure. The building panel includes a core and a coating covering a portion of the core. In some embodiments the core consists of a frame and one or more than one insulating structural block. The insulating structural blocks can be encapsulated polystyrene (EPS) foam blocks. In some embodiments the coating includes an inner scratch layer and an outer main brown layer. The inner scratch layer can be formed of at least two layers and a fiberglass mesh. The outer main brown layer can include a fiberglass mesh embedded into the outer main brown layer. A coating/frame coupler is disclosed which securely couples the coating to the frame so that the building panel remains strong and stable even if the EPS foam blocks are melted or damaged in extreme conditions such as a fire.

    摘要: A building panel structure is disclosed, in which building panels are used to form a structure. The building panel includes a core and a coating covering a portion of the core. In some embodiments the core consists of a frame and at least one insulating structural block. The insulating structural blocks can be encapsulated polystyrene (EPS) foam blocks. In some embodiments the coating includes ceramic material. In some embodiments the coating includes a scratch layer and a main brown layer. In some embodiments the scratch layer and the main brown layer are interdigitated to increase the strength and durability of the coating and the building panel. In some embodiments the building panel includes a construction board formed separate from the core. The construction board is formed of coating mixtures and applied to the core after the coating mixtures have cured.

Additionally provided are a retention housing for retaining one or more load transfer members at their angled positions and a depth locating means for retaining one or more load transfer members at their proper depth. Also provided are sandwich wall panels and double wall panels employing the load transfer device and methods for manufacturing sandwich wall panels and double wall panels employing the disclosed load transfer device.
