Abstract: A head driving device includes a head supporting portion supporting a head member, a first beam, a second beam, a first piezoelectric unit including a pair of piezoelectric elements, and a second piezoelectric unit including a pair of piezoelectric elements. When voltage is applied to the piezoelectric elements of the first piezoelectric unit, the piezoelectric elements deform, and a distal end of the first beam moves. The piezoelectric elements of the second piezoelectric unit also deform by application of voltage, and moves a distal end of the second beam in a same direction as the distal end of the first beam.

Abstract: A fuel lid opener-has: a heart cam mechanism that is structured so as to, each time a lifter is push-operated via a fuel lid, cause the lifter to alternately repeat advancing-out and withdrawing, and so as to push the fuel lid open due to advancing-out of the lifter; and a locking mechanism-that can restrict operation of the heart cam mechanism. At the locking mechanism, a time when a stopper is moved by operation of a motor, and the aforementioned restricting is released, the aforementioned stopper engages with the heart cam mechanism and operates the heart cam mechanism. Due thereto, the lifter advances-out, and the fuel lid is pushed open.

Abstract: When a fuel lid goes from an open state to a closed state and a pressed state and then returns to the closed state, a contact/non-contact switching mechanism switches a signal outputted from a microswitch from an ON signal to an OFF signal by performing a first operation. When the fuel lid goes from the closed state to the pressed state and then returns to the closed state, the contact/non-contact switching mechanism switches the signal outputted from the microswitch from the OFF signal to the ON signal and the OFF signal in that order by performing a second operation. Under a condition at least of the signal outputted from the microswitch switching from the OFF signal to the ON signal and the OFF signal in that order within a prescribed time, a control unit controls a lifter to rotate to another side around an axis line.

A damper spring according to the present embodiment includes a nitrided layer formed in an outer layer, and a core portion that is further inward than the nitrided layer. The chemical composition of the core portion consists of, in mass%, C: 0.53 to 0.59%, Si: 2.51 to 2.90%, Mn: 0.70 to 0.85%, P: 0.020% or less, 5: 0.020% or less, Cr: 1.40 to 1.70%, Mo: 0.17 to 0.53%, V: 0.23 to 0.33%, Cu: 0.050% or less, Ni: 0.050% or less, Al: 0.0050% or less, Ti: 0.050% or less, N: 0.0070% or less, and Nb: 0 to 0.020%, with the balance being Fe and impurities. In the core portion, a number density of V-based precipitates having a maximum diameter ranging from 2 to 10 nm is 500 to 8000 pieces/μm2.

Abstract: A control cable connection structure includes a long, narrow casing, a casing end, a cable end and a slider. An end portion of a first conduit is anchored at one end portion, in a length direction, of the casing. An end portion of a second conduit is anchored at the casing end.
