Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for preparing a compound thin film, a compound thin film prepared therefrom, and a solar cell including the compound thin film. An exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a method for preparing a compound thin film, the method including: an electrolyte solution preparation step; a circuit configuration step; and a thin film production step in which a compound thin film with a specific pattern provided on the surface thereof is produced according to the difference in the thickness of the thin film between a region where light arrives and a region where light does not arrive.

Abstract: A method for preparing a metal catalyst supported on a porous carbon support using a plant, including: (a) a step of preparing a plant; (b) a step of preparing a metal precursor-absorbed plant by absorbing a metal precursor into the plant; (c) a step of preparing a catalyst precursor by drying the metal precursor-absorbed plant; (d) a step of preparing a char by charring the catalyst precursor; and (e) a step of preparing a metal catalyst supported on a porous carbon support by treating the char with an acid. The method for preparing a metal catalyst supported on a porous carbon support of the present disclosure, whereby a plant itself is charred, is environment-friendly and allows for convenient large-scale synthesis. The metal catalyst supported on a porous carbon support prepared thereby can be used as electrode materials of various energy devices, particularly as an electrode catalyst of a fuel cell.

Abstract: Disclosure relates to modified sulfur, preparation method thereof, preparation equipment thereof. The modified sulfur has spinnability or includes micro-structures such as fiber-, film- and network-like structure. The modified sulfur can be prepared by inducing polymerization with ultrasonic or ageing. The modified sulfur has various excellent features such as anticorrosiveness, waterproofing, strength, and fast drying and can control the features depending on its viscosity or polymerization degree. In addition due to the above features, the modified sulfur can be applied to anticorrosive or waterproofing material and can prepare anticorrosive or waterproofing material which has good workability, hardening, salt spray resistance, and weldability exceeding a certain level, and specially improved adhesiveness. Furthermore, when applying the modified sulfur to asphalt composition, gelation and depression are reduced, properties such as bending strength and tensile strength are improved, and it is possible to obtain asphalt composition with good working stability at RT.
