A disclosure of the present specification provides a method for performing a random access procedure for coverage enhancement. The method may comprise the steps of transmitting a random access preamble repetitively to a certain cell on the basis of a predetermined repetition level; when a random access response has not received within a random access response window, reconfiguring the repetition level; and retransmitting the random access preamble repetitively on the basis of the reconfigured repetition level.

The present invention provides a method and an apparatus for decoding downlink control information (DCI) by a terminal in a wireless communication system established with different types of serving cells. The method comprises: receiving, via a first cell, a DCI for scheduling a second cell; and decoding the DCI, wherein the decoding the DCI comprises determining the size of the DCI depending on whether the second cell is the same type of cell as the first cell.

A method and apparatus for transmitting a power headroom report (PHR) in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment (UE) transmits a first PHR for a first carrier group, which is configured by a first eNodeB (eNB), to a second eNB; and transmits ing a second PHR for a second carrier group, which is configured by the second eNB, to the first eNB. Te first PHR and the second PHR include a PHR for a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) regardless of whether simultaneous transmission of the PUCCH and a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) is configured or not.

The present specification provides a method by which a user equipment (UE) simultaneously accesses a plurality of cells. The simultaneously access method can comprise the steps of: setting connections with a first cell of a frequency division duplex (FDD) scheme and a second cell of a time division duplex (TDD) scheme; and transmitting and receiving a control signal and data to and from the first cell of the FDD scheme and the second cell of the TDD scheme. Here, an uplink subframe and a downlink subframe for the first cell of the FDD scheme can be temporally divided according to the TDD scheme and provided to the UE.

According to one disclosure in the present specification, a receiving method for a user device in a small-scale cell is provided. The receiving method may include: a step of monitoring a plurality of candidate control channels within a search space for a serving cell; and a step of acquiring downlink control information (DCI) by decoding the plurality of candidate control channels. The DCI can include a resource block assignment field, and the resource block assignment field can include information about virtual system bandwidth in the downlink system bandwidth. The receiving method may include a step of receiving a data channel over multiple subframes, based on the virtual system bandwidth.

According to one embodiment of the present description, a method by which a terminal receives a search signal from a small-sized cell is provided. The method can comprise the steps of: receiving, from a serving cell, configuration set information of search signals of clustered neighboring small-sized cells for each cluster; determining configuration information of a search signal of each of the neighboring small-sized cells belonging to a corresponding cluster on the basis of the set information; and detecting a search signal from a corresponding small-sized cell on the basis of the determined configuration information.
