Abstract: The design and structure of a regulated digital dispense apparatus is exhibited in this disclosure. The MEMS mass flow meter embedded with a Bluetooth communication device and powered by a battery pack is designed to replace the mechanical low pressure gauge in a conventional gas dispense regulator such that the dispensed gas flowrate as well as totalized dispensed gas volume in each session or in consequent sessions can be continuously and precisely registered. The measured data are further relayed to local users via the local display or physical data port as well as via a paired smart device running a customized APP that can further relay the data to a designated cloud for cloud data processing, and the data can be streamed reversely. This disclosure shall assist and realize the ultimate optimized management for the users, distributors and/or gas manufacturers in the gas dispensing industry.

Abstract: A dosing vessel includes a reservoir having an inlet and an outlet and is configured to contain a supply of a cryogenic liquid with a headspace above. The outlet is configured to be connected to a dosing arm having a dosing head. A low pressure sensor is configured to detect a vapor pressure in the headspace. A high pressure sensor is configured to detect a pressure in a bottom portion of the reservoir. An inlet valve is in fluid communication with the inlet of the reservoir and is placed in communication with a source of cryogenic liquid. A controller is in communication with the high and low pressure sensors and the inlet valve and is configured to store a preset liquid level or a preset differential pressure corresponding to the preset liquid level, to determine a measured differential pressure based on data from the high and low pressure sensors and to control the inlet valve based on the measured differential pressure and the preset liquid level or the preset differential pressure so that a liquid level of a cryogenic liquid stored in the reservoir is generally maintained at the preset liquid level.

The guiding surface is on a tubular portion fixed to the valve body and comprising at least one radial aperture so as to allow the refilling flow of gas to by-pass the closing member when in the distant position.

Abstract: A system for loading and storing CNG onboard of a ship and for unloading it therefrom comprises CNG loading facilities for loading CNG on board of the ship, CNG storage facilities for storing the loaded CNG on board of the ship at nominal storage pressure and temperature, and CNG unloading facilities for unloading CNG to a delivery point. The delivery point requires the unloaded CNG to be at delivery pressure and temperature generally different from the storage pressure and temperature. Thus, the CNG unloading facilities comprise a CNG heater for heating the to-be-unloaded CNG prior to unloading, and a lamination valve for allowing the to-be-unloaded CNG to expand from its storage pressure to the delivery pressure. A compressor may also be provided to compress CNG that would not otherwise be spontaneously delivered.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is an energy efficient vertical cryogenic tank, which comprises a tank body with a vacuum insulation interlayer, wherein the tank body comprises a transmission means including an air return pipe and a liquid outlet pipe, and positioning means including supporting legs provided at the bottom of the tank body, and a built-in saturation adjustment mechanism formed by a heat exchanger connected to an let of the air return pipe and a return air dispersing device. By using a saturation adjustment mechanism at the inlet of the air return pipe, the cryogenic storage tank can not only fully leverage the gasification gas produced at the pump, but also achieve the saturation function of the LNG in the tank, with such benefits as reduced energy loss, simplified tank interface settings, improved efficiency of saturation adjustment, and avoided pump cavitation.

Abstract: The invention relates to a gas distribution valve unit comprising a valve body (1) comprising a gas outlet orifice (6) via which the gas can leave the valve body (1), a first internal gas passage (3) fluidically connecting a gas inlet orifice (2) to the gas outlet orifice (13), a gas passage control system arranged on the first internal gas passage (3), and a control element (5) that a user can operate and that collaborates with the gas passage control system to control the passage of gas in the first internal gas passage (3), and a device (7) that indicates pressure or the gas autonomy. According to the invention, the valve body (1) comprises a second internal gas passage (11) fluidically connected to the first internal gas passage (3), and the pressure or autonomy indicating device (7) is fixed at the upper end (1a) of the valve unit, and comprises a pressure tapping (8) in fluidic communication with the second internal gas passage (11) so as to measure the pressure of the gas inside said second internal gas passage (11).
