Abstract:
A method and apparatus for obtaining information related to beacon transmission in a wireless communication system is provided. A node of a primary radio access technology (RAT) system obtains first information related to beacon transmission including information on a start point of a beacon interval of each entity of a secondary RAT system, and transmits second information related to the beacon transmission based on the obtained first information related to the beacon transmission to a general device through the primary RAT system.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and a device for transmitting control information in a wireless communication system. A method for transmitting control information in a wireless communication system may comprise the steps of: transmitting, by a terminal, first cellular control information to a base station in a cellular system; and transmitting, by the terminal, second cellular control information to the base station through an AP in a wireless LAN system, wherein the terminal can communicate with the base station and the AP, and the first cellular control information and the second cellular control information may be control information for a service for the terminal of the base station.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for establishing a device-to-device (D2D) connection in a wireless communication system is provided. A network transmits a connection establishment request message to request of the D2D connection establishment to a first device and a second device, receives a connection establishment response message indicating whether to accept the request of the D2D connection establishment from the first device and the second device, and transmits a connection establishment confirm message to confirm the D2D connection establishment to a first device and a second device. The connection establishment request message includes at least one of a connection establishment type, a quality of (QoS) parameter for the D2D connection, and security information.
Abstract:
A method of supporting communication using two or more heterogeneous radio access technologies (RAT) comprises: receiving a setup message providing instructions for access to a second base station in a second communication network supporting the second RAT from a first base station in a first communication network supporting a first RAT; and attempting to access the second base station. At this time, when the terminal successfully accesses the second base station, specific traffic type data are transmitted and received through the second base station, and data other than the specific traffic type can be transmitted and received through the first base station.
Abstract:
A method for and apparatus for controlling transmission power in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device checks a duration in which a plurality of radio access technologies (RATs) for uplink resources overlaps, determines whether the transmission power of the UE is greater than a maximum power restriction of the UE in the duration, and controls power of at least one RAT based on priorities of the plurality of RATs so that the transmission power of the UE is under the maximum power restriction of the UE. Thus, dynamic and efficient transmission power is supported.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. Particularly, a method by which a terminal scans a base station in a plurality of communication systems, according to one embodiment of the present invention, can comprises the steps of: receiving, by the terminal connected to a first communication system, information on at least one second base station of a second communication system from a first base station of the first communication system; receiving, from the first base station, a scanning request message requesting to scan at least one second base station if a scanning start condition is satisfied, receiving; scanning at least one second base station on the basis of the scanning request message; and transmitting, to the first base station, a failure reporting message including information on the cause of a scanning failure if the result from the scanning step is failure.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for reporting buffer status for device-to-device (D2D) communication and an apparatus therefor. The method for reporting buffer status in a radio communication system that supports D2D communication comprises: setting up, by a first D2D terminal, a media access control (MAC) packet data unit (PDU) including an ID for a D2D link with a second D2D terminal, in order for D2D buffer status reporting (BSR), if the first D2D terminal is supposed to transmit data to the second D2D terminal; and transmitting the MAC PDU from the first D2D terminal to a network.
Abstract:
A method and device for preventing a handover failure by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless access system supporting cell-on/off. The method includes: initiating, by a user equipment (UE), a handover procedure to a target Base Station (BS); receiving, by the UE, cell off indication information indicating that a cell of the target BS will be powered off during the handover procedure; and discontinuing, by the UE, the handover procedure according to the cell off indication information.
Abstract:
A method of transmitting signals by a transmitting side device having multiple antennas (hereinafter ‘N antennas’) is disclosed. In this method, the transmitting side device configures M antenna ports from among N antennas, where M
