    摘要: A compressor and an oil supplying structure therefor are provided. When a compressor is operated at a high speed or low speed, a predetermined amount of oil is supplied to compression pockets formed between a wrap of an orbiting scroll and a wrap of a fixed scroll. Pressure leakage between the wraps may be prevented, thereby enhancing a performance of the compressor. Further, since friction between the orbiting scroll and the fixed scroll may be prevented, abrasion of the components may be minimized.

A trochoid gear pump may be used to smoothly supply oil to the compression device. Further, a synchronous reluctance motor may be used to enhance a performance of the compressor and to expand a driving region of the compressor.

    摘要: An eccentric coupling device in a radial compliance scroll compressor includes a crank pin that is eccentrically arranged at an upper end of a crankshaft and provided with a vertically-extending flat surface at one side thereof. A bush is provided with a crank pin hole, overlapped by a stopper hole, for receiving the crank pin. A stopper is fitted in the stopper hole such that the stopper radially protrudes into the crank pin hole toward the flat surface to selectively come into contact with the flat surface in accordance with a rotation of the bush. An elevating preventing device is adapted to elastically support the bush, while connecting the stopper and the crank pin via a spring wire, preventing an elevation of the bush.

The compressor includes an orbiting scroll possessing a wrap which has an involute curve-shaped configuration, an Oldham ring arranged on a lower surface of the orbiting scroll to prevent the orbiting scroll from being reversely rotated, and a fixed scroll having a wrap which has an involute curve-shaped configuration and is engaged with the wrap of the orbiting scroll such that compression chambers are defined between the wraps of the orbiting and fixed scrolls by rotating motion of the orbiting scroll. The wrap of the fixed scroll further extends within the range of 180° than the wrap of the orbiting scroll in a direction where an involute curve extends. A center of a base circle of the orbiting scroll wrap is positioned within a region which ranges circumferentially between 30° in a direction where the existing orbiting scroll wrap is wound up and 60° in a direction where the existing orbiting scroll wrap is extended, when measured from a straight line connecting a center of a base circle of the existing orbiting scroll wrap with an outer end of the existing orbiting scroll wrap, and radially between 0.1 times and 0.5 times a rotating radius of the orbiting scroll wrap.

    摘要: To a hermetic compressor and a refrigeration cycle device having the same, an oil separator for separating oil from a refrigerant discharged from a compression unit is added. Separated oil is recollected into an oil pump driven by a driving motor. Because refrigerant separated from the oil is prevented from being re-introduced into the compressor, a cooling capability of the refrigeration cycle device may be enhanced. Because the oil pump is driven by the driving force of the driving motor, the compressor may have a simplified configuration, and the fabrication costs may be reduced. The oil used for a crankshaft lubrication process is returned to the oil pump by forming an oil pocket between bearing surfaces of a crankshaft and the oil pump, oil may be prevented from back-flowing to the oil separator from the crankshaft. This may allow oil to be smoothly recollected into the oil pump.
