摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing an ultrafine fiber-containing sheet with suppressed yellowing. The present invention provides a method for producing an ultrafine fiber-containing sheet, comprising (a) introducing a substituent having electrostatic and/or steric functionality to a fiber raw material to obtain substituent-introduced fiber; (b) machine-processing the substituent-introduced fiber obtained in the step (a) to obtain substituent-introduced ultrafine fiber; (c) preparing a sheet from the substituent-introduced ultrafine fiber obtained in the step (b); and (d) eliminating at least a portion of introduced substituents from the sheet obtained in the step (c). In a preferred aspect, the substituent having electrostatic and/or steric functionality is a phosphoric acid-derived group, and the method may further comprise, after the step (a) and before the step (c), the step of (e) changing the degree of neutralization of the substituent-introduced fiber or the substituent-introduced ultrafine fiber.

摘要: An absorbent article is provided, which effectively utilizes the entire absorber by quickly diffusing a body fluid, and reduces discomfort in a wearer by suppressing unpleasant dampness and twisting after absorption of the body fluid. An absorbent article of the present invention includes a liquid permeable top surface sheet, a liquid impermeable back surface sheet, and an absorber disposed between the top surface sheet and the back surface sheet. A top surface sheet side of the absorbent article is provided with extending a plurality of compressed lines in each of which a plurality of recess portions formed by compressing the top surface sheet and the absorber are arranged. The plurality of compressed lines form intersection regions where the compressed lines intersect with each other. The compressed recess portions are not formed in the intersection regions.

摘要: To maintain, in a wide state, the spaces in a ventilation channel formed when a waist expansion member contracts. This disposable diaper has formed therein, on one or both of a front part (1) and a rear part (2), a cushion part (40). The cushion part (40) includes: an inner sheet (41); an outer sheet (42); one or a plurality of waist expansion members (43); and a cushion forming sheet (44). In a state where the waist expansion member (43) is stretched in the width direction, the member is secured between the inner sheet (41) and the outer sheet (42). The cushion forming sheet (44) overlaps one or both of the inner sheet (41) and the outer sheet (42), and is joined thereto so that in the width direction joining portions (51) and non-joining portions (52) are alternatingly continuous. The joining portions (51) are formed by joining-lines (53) which are straight and extend in the longitudinal direction and at least two columns of which are side by side. The space (second space (D2)) between the joining-line columns in one joining portion is narrower than the space (first space (D1)) between adjacent joining portions.

摘要: The present invention provides a method for efficiently producing monosaccharides, oligosaccharides, and furfurals from biomass. A biomass is hydrolyzed under conditions under which monosaccharides, oligosaccharides, and furfurals are produced while continuously supplying an aqueous suspension of the biomass from a supply port of a continuous primary hydrolysis device and moving the suspension through the device. A hydrolysis solution is continuously discharged from a discharge port of the continuous hydrolysis device, and a hydrolysis solution containing monosaccharides, oligosaccharides, and furfurals are extracted from an intermediate extraction port provided at any position between the supply port and the discharge port of the continuous primary hydrolysis device. The extracted hydrolysis solution is then subjected to secondary hydrolysis.
