Abstract:
A main body to be moved and operated along a workpiece includes a joining roller which elastically presses the supplied adhesive tape against a tape joining face of the workpiece, guide members which determine the position of the main body and maintain the posture of the main body with respect to the workpiece being engaged with the outer face of the workpiece at the opposite side of the tape joining face, a separator guide which is arranged to be opposed to a tape supply roller, and a tape guide which is arranged in the vicinity of the side where the adhesive tape is reeled out toward the separator guide. On the separator guide, a separator guide face is formed, which guides a separator st separated from the adhesive tape into a direction different from an adhesive tape joining direction.
Abstract:
A jig main body is engaged with and guided to an edge side of a workpiece to be moved along a longitudinal direction of the workpiece. Herein, a tape portion protruded from the workpiece is folded back while being pressed by a first pressing part provided to the jig main body prior to a top of the edge side. Then, the folded tape portion is pressed by a second pressing part provided to the jig main body subsequent to a back face of the edge side.
Abstract:
A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape which comprises a resin film and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on at least one side of the film, and which has a concave-convex form containing plural grooves arranged at given intervals in a face of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer that is to be stuck onto an adherend, and has a region where the interval of the arrangement of the grooves is 400 μm or more, the tensile modulus of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape in the temperature range of 23 to 80° C. being in the range of 30 to 600 MPa. This tape has such an excellent workability that when the tape is stuck onto an adherend, air bubbles escape easily therefrom so as to prevent the generation of defects based on the entrainment of the air bubbles.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing an acrylic polymer and a tackifier obtained by acid modification of a tackifier resin inherently free of an acid component; a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape including a substrate made of a film comprising an olefin polymer or a thermoplastic resin containing a carbonyl oxygen atom in the molecular skeleton, and the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition on at least one surface of the substrate, and the like. The invention provides an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition having high adhesive strength (particularly initial adhesive strength) to an adherend having lower polarity, such as an olefin polymer heretofore been considered poorly adhesive, wherein degradation of the adhesive strength after heating and preservation has been suppressed, as well as a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape comprising the composition. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of the present invention is also useful for binding.

Abstract:
Laminate for nonaqueous battery having moderate adhesion in which a nonaqueous electrolytic solution is sealed capable of improving the suitability of electrodes packed into a battery case without reduction in battery output and preventing a short circuit between the electrodes caused by the penetration of a burr or the like on an electrode plate through a separator and capable of suppressing reduction of adhesion in nonaqueous electrolytic solution and suppressing the deterioration of the nonaqueous electrolytic solution and having such a cohesive strength that when it is used in the form of a tape, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer does not squeeze out of a base material layer and formed of at least two layers: a base material layer (A) containing a polyolefin-based thermoplastic resin; (B) containing an α-olefin-based thermoplastic resin in the stated order.
Abstract:
Provided is the following novel pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape has a moderately weak adhesion during a time period from a production process (during its production) to the time of the accomplishment of the product as a result of the completion of the production (immediately after the production). Accordingly, the occurrence of a peeling trace, the occurrence of a peeling sound, and the like resulting from strong adherence of a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to a roll or the like at the time of the production can be sufficiently suppressed. As a result, stable product supply can be performed. On the other hand, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape can express a sufficiently strong adhesion for an adherend after a lapse of a predetermined time from the production (e.g., at the time of its use). The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape includes at least three layers including: a base material layer (A); a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B1); and a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B2) in the stated order, in which: the base material layer (A) contains a thermoplastic resin; the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B1) contains a tackifier at a content of 12 wt % or more; the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B2) contains a tackifier at a content of 10 wt % or less; and the adhesive strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape immediately after the production for a stainless plate measured in conformity with JIS Z 0237 (2000) is 0.7 N/20 mm or less.
