A transistor in which a channel is formed in an oxide semiconductor is used for a storage circuit included in the signal processing unit, so that data can be held (stored) even while supply of power is stopped. Non-destructive reading can be performed on the data stored in the storage circuit even when supply of power to the signal processing unit is stopped.

    摘要: To easily detect in a semiconductor device whether a voltage within the specifications of the semiconductor device is obtained. The semiconductor device includes a detecting circuit that detects an output voltage of an inner circuit of the semiconductor device and judges whether the output voltage is within or out of the specifications of the semiconductor device. A signal for determining whether an output voltage is within or out of the specifications is transmitted from the detecting circuit to a digital circuit, and the digital circuit performs or stops circuit operation in accordance with the signal.

    摘要: A semiconductor memory device or a semiconductor device which has high reading accuracy is provided. A bit line, a word line, a memory cell placed in an intersection portion of the bit line and the word line, and a reading circuit electrically connected to the bit line are provided. The memory cell includes a first transistor and an antifuse. The reading circuit includes a pre-charge circuit, a clocked inverter, and a switch. The pre-charge circuit includes a second transistor and a NAND circuit. The semiconductor memory device includes transistor in each of which an oxide semiconductor is used in a channel formation region, as the first transistor and the second transistor.

The contact hole is formed so as to surround the outer edge of the first electrode of the monitor element.

    摘要: An automatic control system for a ripper used on a construction equipment in which a load detector is provided on the ripper for detecting load acting on the ripper shank and lift cylinders are actuated to automatically raise the shank when overload is applied to the shank during ripping operation. The ripper is also provided with a depth detector for detecting upper and lower limit positions of the shank and the vertical movement of the shank can be limited between the upper and lower limits. When no overload is applied, the shank is maintained at the lower limit position to rip the ground at a predetermined penetration depth.
