    摘要: An optical sub-assembly (OSA) module for suppressing optical back-reflection and effectively guiding light from a light source to an optical waveguide is disclosed. The module comprises a light source for emitting light to said optical waveguide and at least one light transmitting element installed between said light source and said optical waveguide. The at least one light transmitting element is arranged to have a configuration for avoiding light to reflect back to the light source and to cause a light beam from said light source to point to said core of said optical waveguide. Thereby, the working distance is increased, and the assembling process of the OSA module is simplified. This new optical design scheme will greatly improve the optical characteristics of an OSA module, increase the optical transceiver propagation distance, and reduce the difficulty of OSA assembly process.

    摘要: The present invention provides a control device for maintaining a chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) machine in a wet mode, the CMP machine comprising a polishing pad, a slurry sprinkler for sprinkling liquid or deionized water, and at least one carrier head, the control device comprising a sensor positioned on the CMP machine for sensing the operational status of the slurry sprinkler and generating a corresponding sensing signal; and a control unit electrically connected to the sensor for measuring the time period over which the slurry sprinkler is closed wherein when the measured time period exceeds a predetermined length, the control unit will either send a warning signal or turn on the slurry sprinkler to sprinkle liquid onto the polishing pad according to a predetermined process so as to maintain the polishing pad in a wet mode.

    摘要: A method for signal phase calibration includes providing multiple periodic clock signals, including a reference signal and multiple phase shifted versions of the reference signal. The signals have a common frequency and are shifted from one another by multiples of a phase offset. An edge of a first signal is detected. The first signal is one of multiple phase shifted versions of the reference signal. The edge is a transition from a first logic value to a second logic value. The second logic value of the first signal is compared, upon detection of the edge, to a logic value of a second signal that is one of the first plurality of periodic clock signals other than the first signal. An inversion of the first signal is selectively provided based on an outcome of the comparison.

    摘要: This invention is to manufacture a kit for preparation of nano-targeted liposome drugs in combined chemotherapy and radionuclide therapy. It is a kit consisting of three components: (1) A 10 ml vial A which contains BMEDA, gluconate acetate, SnCl2. (2) A 10 ml vial B which contains DSPC, cholesterol, DSPE-PEG, and Doxorubicin(DXR) (or Daunorubicin, Vinolbine). (3) A 10 ml vial C which contains 188ReO4− (or 186ReO4−) solution. The procedure of using the kit is as follows: (1) Remove the contents of the 188ReO4− (or 186ReO4−) solution from vial C. (2) Inject the 188ReO4− (or 186ReO4−) solution into the vial A, and the mixtures react in appropriate temperature. (3) Remove the contents of the 188Re-BMEDA (or 186Re-BMEDA) solution from vial A. (4) Inject the 188Re-BMEDA (or 186Re-BMEDA) solution into the vial B, and the mixtures react in appropriate temperature. The reconstituted solution in the vial B is applied to combine bimodality radiochemotherapy for treatment of tumor and ascites.
