Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery module, including a first battery cell arrangement structure, a second battery cell arrangement structure and a bus bar array. With battery cells stacked in a horizontal direction, a first battery cell arrangement structure and a second battery cell arrangement structure are stacked in a vertical direction, and a first bus bar of a bus bar array is used to sequentially connect the battery cells of the first battery cell arrangement structure and the second battery cell arrangement structure. As a result, a total positive electrode and a total negative electrode of a battery module are located at two ends of the battery module, which greatly reduces the possibility of a short circuit of the battery module and improves the safety of the battery module.

Abstract: The present application discloses a battery pack, comprising a first battery module, a second battery module, a housing and a fireproof member. The first battery module includes a plurality of battery cells which are provided with vents; the second battery module includes a plurality of battery cells which are provided with vents. Both the first battery module and the second battery module are arranged in the housing; the fireproof member is vertically disposed and located between the vents of the first battery module, where the vents of the first battery module and the vents of the second battery module both face the fireproof member. The battery pack prevents collective thermal runaway of the battery cells by using the fireproof member to separate the battery cells of the first battery modules and the battery cells of the second battery modules.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a battery module including a plurality of battery unit array structures, a first cover body and a second cover body connected to the first cover body. The battery unit array structures are arranged between the first cover body and the second cover body. The first cover body includes a first carrying portion and a second carrying portion being in a split structure. The plurality of battery unit array structures includes a first battery unit array structure and a second battery unit array structure. The first battery unit array structure is disposed opposite to the first carrying portion, and the second battery unit array structure is disposed opposite to the second carrying portion. Compared with the related art, the first cover body is used for transportation in the present disclosure, and the energy density of the battery module can be improved without an additional component.

Abstract: A battery pack includes a case and a battery module. The case includes an accommodating cavity and a drain hole in communication with the accommodating cavity. The battery module is mounted inside the accommodating cavity. A reservoir cavity is provided below the battery module to store a liquid, and in communication with the drain hole. A reservoir cavity is provided, such that the liquid can flow into a reservoir portion to prevent dangers such as short-circuit occurring in the battery module inside the case, and optimize the structure and performance of the battery pack when liquid is accumulated inside the case.

Abstract: A battery assembly includes a protection member and a battery module including at least two batteries arranged side by side along a first direction and having a first outer surface and a second outer surface opposite to each other along a second direction. The protection member is in the form of a letter U with two vertical portions having different lengths, wherein a first protection section covers the end covers of batteries in the battery module, a part of a second protection section covers the first outer surface, and a third protection section abuts against an end cover of a battery corresponding to the second outer surface. The protection member can prevent the airflow, the flame and the like sprayed during thermal runaway, and control a thermal diffusion range during thermal runaway.
