    摘要: A fuel hose which is excellent in antistatic property, sour gasoline resistance, a sealing property and the like. The fuel hose includes a polyamide resin inner layer 1 and an electrically conductive coating layer 2 which is formed by the following essential components (A) to (C): (A) fluororubber; (B) an electrically conductive agent; and (C) a crosslinking agent including (a) polyhydroxy aromatic compound and a quaternary ammonium salt or (b) an amine crosslinking agent, the electrically conductive coating layer being provided on the inner peripheral surface of the polyamide resin inner layer over the entire length thereof.

    摘要: A connecting structure and method for affixing an open end of a tube composed from thermoplastic resin material(s) to a tube connecting portion of a quick connector having a cylindrical geometry and at least one annular stopper on the cylindrical outer circumference thereof with said tube connecting portion being adapted to be press fitted into said open end of said resin tube. The connecting structure comprises; an annular band composed of elastomeric rubber which surrounds the open end of said resin tube adjacent the location of attachment to said quick connector having a length at least equal to the diameter of the cylindrical outer circumference of the quick connector and a diameter such that a tightening force is applied to the resin tube upon press fitting said tube connecting portion into the open end of said resin tube to prevent disengagement therefrom. The connecting structure forms an integrated assembly with the tube connecting portion of the quick connector.

    摘要: An automotive fuel hose is disclosed including an inner layer, an intermediate layer and an outer layer provided in this order on an outer peripheral surface of an innermost layer of a fluororesin. The inner layer and the outer layer each include of an amine-modified polyamide resin, where the intermediate layer is a resin composition including the following components: (A) a polyphenylenesulfide resin as a major component; (B) an acid-modified polyolefin resin; (C) an unmodified polyolefin resin; and (D) an epoxy resin. The proportion of the component (B) in the resin composition is 4 to 12 wt % and the proportion of the component (C) in the resin composition is 4 to 12 wt %, wherein the proportion of the component (D) in the resin composition is 1.5 to 5 wt %.

    摘要: A packing structure has a core element of a material having a high fluid impermeability, and a thin coated rubber layer formed thereon to cover at least its sealing surface and having a glass transition temperature which is lower than the lowest temperature allowable for the packing structure. It shows a high sealing property even at a low temperature and a high fluid impermeability when used for sealing e.g. a pipeline for conveying fuel in a motor vehicle.
