    摘要: A hood for enclosing a radiator and an engine has a hood grille formed in a front surface of the hood. The hood grille includes a front wall, and right and left side walls extending from opposite sides of the front wall. The front wall defines intake openings for drawing in air for the radiator. The right and left side walls include bent portions bent substantially at right angles to the front wall. Opposite end regions thereof are secured to the right and left side walls by fixing devices. Hood grille netting extends over an entire area of the intake openings and covers at least parts of the right and left side walls. The opposite end regions of the hood grille netting are bent to correspond to the bent portions. The hood grille netting is secured to the hood grille by bolts and spacers to define spaces between the hood grille netting and the right and left side walls. These spaces communicate with the intake openings.

    摘要: In a signal reproducing device, for securing the stability in the steady state while enhancing the response of automatic gain control, a variable gain amplifier 109 adjusts the amplitude of a reproduction signal outputted from a head amplifier 108. A gain control section 112 increases/decreases the gain in the variable gain amplifier 109 by a predetermined change amount according to the large-small relationship of the comparison result outputted from a comparator 111. The gain change amount control circuit 113 controls the change amount of the gain in the gain control section 112 according to the frequency of inversion of the large-small relationship of the comparison result outputted from the comparator 111.

    摘要: In a state where vibration is constantly detected, a protection function by a vibration detection circuit loses effectiveness, and thereby there may possibly arise a malfunction of an off-track detection circuit due to a pseudo-generated off-track signal. An off-track detection circuit which is capable of preventing malfunction due to a pseudo-generated off-track signal and of maintaining stable reproduction even when being under vibration, is provided by constructing the circuit not to judge as off-track when a reproduction synchronization signal is detected.

    摘要: An optical pickup device has a semiconductor laser emitting light which is in turn branched via a diffraction grating into at least three beams of light including a main beam and two sub beams which are in turn condensed via an objective lens on an optical disk at a guide groove and reflected by the optical disk to provide three reflections of light which are in turn received by detectors, each divided into two regions, respectively, to generate a tracking error signal. The diffraction grating is divided into three regions including a first region, a second region and a third region located intermediate therebetween, each having a periodical structure out of phase, the periodical structure having grating grooves in a direction determined depending on the phase of the second region to incline relative to a direction perpendicular to the guide groove of the optical disk.
