Abstract: An inspection system and method for inspecting the surface defects of the specimen is provided. The inspection system includes a laser focus module, a microscope objective module, an image pick-up module, and a process module. The laser focus module configured to emit laser beam on the specimen by a predetermined angle relative to a surface of the specimen, and to generate scattered light and reflected light when the laser beam irradiates on the surface defects of the specimen. The process module can calculate the real size of the defects by using the intensity information obtained from the image pick-up module and the microscope objective module or using the diameter information obtained from the reflected light image while the reflected light projects on a screen.

Abstract: A transfer printing machine for hockey sticks include a base, a transmission unit connected to the lower portion of the base and five stations located on the top of the base. The five stations are located along the transmission direction of the transmission unit. The first station prints patterns on a top surface of a straight handle of the hockey sticks which are moved by the transmission unit. The second station prints patterns on a left side and a right side of the straight handle. The third station and the fourth station print patterns on a first inclined surface and a second inclined surface of the straight handle respectively. The fifth station prints patterns on a bottom surface of the straight handle of the hockey sticks.

Abstract: A lens measuring device and method applied therein. The lens measuring device includes a light source, a first polarizer, a second polarizer, and an image analysis module. The method includes enabling the light source to orderly pass through the first polarizer, a lens to be measured, and the second polarizer to generate a light beam to be measured, and then enabling the image analysis module to analyze image-related information of the light beam to be measured, consequently deducing the structural center and energy distribution of the lens to be measured, and then further analyzing errors in polarity and skewness of the lens to be measured. By applying a common light source, the method is spared complicated correction that is otherwise required when a conventional collimating laser light source is applied, and the method can also easily and simultaneously test a plurality of lenses to be measured.
