Abstract:
A method for transmitting channel status information (CSI) of downlink multi-carrier transmission includes generating the CSI including at least one of a rank indicator (RI), a first precoding matrix index (PMI), a second PMI and a channel quality indicator (CQI) for one or more downlink carriers, the CQI being calculated based on precoding information determined by a combination of the first and second PMIs, determining, when two or more CSIs collide with one another in one uplink subframe of one uplink carrier, a CSI to be transmitted on the basis of priority, and transmitting the determined CSI over a uplink channel. If a CSI including an RI or a wideband first PMI collides with a CSI including a wideband CQI or a subband CQI, the CSI including a wideband CQI or a subband CQI has low priority and is dropped.

A method for transmitting information data by using a Reed-Muller coding scheme in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method includes configuring a number of resource elements for transmitting the information data; dividing the information data to first information data and second information data if a bit size O of the information data is equal to or larger than a predetermined number; applying RM coding on each of the first information data and the second information data; concatenating the coded first information data and the coded second information data, and transmitting the concatenated data by using the predetermined number of resource elements, wherein a minimum value Q′min for the number of resource elements is defined by a sum of a minimum value Q′min—1 for the number of resource elements corresponding to the first information data and a minimum value Q′min—2 for the number of resource elements corresponding to the second information data.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wireless communication system, and more particularly, to a method and apparatus for updating system information in a wireless LAN system. A method for a station (STA) to update system information in a wireless communication system according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: if the value of a change sequence field received by the STA from an access point (AP) is different from the value of the change sequence field stored in the STA, transmitting, to the AP, a probe request frame including the change sequence field set to the value of the change sequence field stored in the STA; and a step of receiving, from the AP, a probe response frame responding to the probe request frame including the change sequence field.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for a station (STA) to perform channel access in a wireless communication system, comprising the steps of: receiving a beacon frame including a traffic indication map (TIM); a step of checking, if the TIM indicates to the STA that buffered traffic exists, information relating to a PS-poll transmission type; and a step of transmitting a PS-poll frame according to either a first type or second type of transmission indicated by the information relating to the PS-poll frame transmission type. The first type of transmission involves transmitting the PS-poll frame after performing contention, and the second type of transmission involves transmitting the PS-poll frame in the time interval set for the STA.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wireless communication system, and more particularly, to a method and an apparatus for accessing a channel in a wireless LAN system. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method for performing channel access by a station (STA) of a wireless communication system comprises: a step of receiving, from an access point (AP), information about the time window which does not allow channel access of a traffic indication map (TIM) mode STA; and a step of performing channel access based on the time window. In the event that the STA is a non-TIM mode STA, the channel access is performed in the time window. In the event that the STA is a TIM mode STA, the channel access is performed in the time interval indicated by the TIM, excluding the time window.
Abstract:
A method for reducing interference of a user equipment (UE) in a wireless access system, and the user equipment (UE) for the same are disclosed. The method for reducing interference of a UE includes receiving a signal from a first base station (BS) and a second BS; and detecting a signal of the second BS from the reception signal, wherein allocation resources of the detection signal of the second BS is OFDM-symbol-level-shifted according to a physical broadcast channel (PBCH) of the first BS in such a manner that a control region does not overlap with another part.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method by which a station (STA) which operates in power save mode in a wireless LAN system transmits and receives frames. The method includes the steps of: obtaining a channel access authority on the basis of at least one slot time, wherein each slot time is the unit time when a channel is maintained in an idle state for a channel access by the STA; transmitting a power save (PS) poll frame requesting the transmission of a buffered frame to an access point (AP); and receiving a response frame from the AP in response to the PS poll frame. The length of each slot time is set to be longer than the transmission time of the PS poll frame.

Abstract:
A method for transmitting control information using PUCCH format 3 in a radio communication system includes detecting one or more Physical Downlink Control Channels (PDCCHs), receiving one or more Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) signals corresponding to the one or more PDCCHs, and determining a PUCCH resource value nPUCCH(3,p) corresponding to a value of a transmit power control (TPC) field of a PDCCH for a PDSCH signal on a secondary cell (SCell) among a plurality of PUCCH resource values configured by a higher layer for the PUCCH format 3. If a single antenna port transmission mode is configured, the PUCCH resource value nPUCCH(3,p) indicated by the TPC field is mapped to one PUCCH resource for a single antenna port, and, if a multi-antenna port transmission mode is configured, the PUCCH resource value nPUCCH(3,p) indicated by the TPC field is mapped to a plurality of PUCCH resources for multiple antenna ports.
