    摘要: A fuel injector for fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines has a valve-closure member that is in working engagement with a valve needle and that coacts with a valve-seat surface positioned in an orifice of a valve-seat member to form a sealing seat. The fuel injector has at least one spray discharge opening positioned in the valve-seat member. Between the valve-seat surface and the spray discharge opening, a second surface that make a more acute angle with the center axis of the fuel injector than the valve-seat surface, is formed by the orifice of the valve-seat member. A closure element extension whose enveloping surface forms an obtuse angle with the contiguous contour of the valve-closure member is positioned at the downstream end of the valve-closure member.

The temperature compensation device includes a needle driving sleeve which surrounds a valve needle shoulder of the valve needle and, together with a needle driving shoulder, surrounds the valve needle in sections. In addition, the needle driving sleeve together with the valve needle encloses a temperature compensation space, and the temperature compensation space is connected to a fuel inlet of the fuel injector through a directional valve for filling the temperature compensation space with fuel.

The actuator seal includes a sealing element on the inlet end and a sealing element on the injection end, both designed to be elastically deformable and frictionally engaged with an actuating sleeve. The actuator acts on valve closing body by way of the actuating sleeve, thus at least partially compensating the forces generated by the fuel pressure and acting on the actuator by way of the actuating sleeve.

    摘要: A tubular valve housing includes a guide body for pressure fluid that is disposed between a valve body having a hollow-conical valve seat and a chamber of the valve housing, in which actuating means of the valve are received in the chamber. The guide body is penetrated by a closing body of the valve which divides the chamber from an annular conduit. The annular conduit carries the pressure fluid and communicates with the valve seat and has circumferential outlet openings of the valve housing. The guide body is braced on the valve body, with a face end contacting the valve body, and has guide conduits, fitting over an outline of the valve seat, which on the outlet side discharge into the annular conduit. The face end of the closing body, which cooperates with the valve seat, is a spherical portion that makes a transition with sharp edges to the cylindrical shaft of the closing body. With the guide body, the stream of pressure fluid emerging from the valve seat is diverted into the annular conduit, so that flow instabilities are largely without any effect on the chamber of the valve. The valve can be used in brake systems of motor vehicles.

    摘要: The valve has a seat valve with a hollow-conical valve seat and a closing member in the form of a spherical layer on a longitudinally drilled tappet. An inflow bore communicating with a pressure medium inlet discharges centrally into the valve seat. The largely pressure-equalized tappet is engaged by a magnet armature acting on the seat valve in a closing manner and by a restoring spring acting in the opening direction.     摘要: A quiet closure check valve, including a housing having a valve seat toward the housing, a ball is associated with the valve seat to close the valve. The ball is received longitudinally displaceably in a recess of a spring-loaded support element that is defined by a bottom and a collar-like portion. Upon closure of the check valve, the support element rests on the housing, by spring action. The ball is lifted from the bottom of the support element and applied to the valve seat by the pressure of the fluid, in a manner free of spring forces. In this way, bothersome vibration of the ball is avoided.
