    摘要: A color liquid crystal display device comprising a color filter having a structure including a black matrix BM formed on a transparent substrate, a colored layer FIL colored into at least three primary colors and formed by thermal dye transfer technology, a protective area for protecting against dye diffusion filling the gaps between the colored patterns, a transparent protective overcoat PSV2 formed on the colored layer and a transparent conductive electrode ITO2 formed on the transparent protective overcoat.     摘要: A system for measuring a foreign material in a liquid, includes a sampling section, vacuum deaerators, foreign material measuring sensors. The sampling section prepares a sample liquid containing various foreign materials having particles of different sizes and numbers and a calibration standard liquid containing particles of known sizes and numbers. The vacuum deaerators deaerate gases mixed in the sample and calibration standard liquids. The sensors detect the foreign materials in the deaerated liquids. These sensors are arranged in front of the deaerators, respectively.

    摘要: The present invention affords a process for forming a pattern having a surface area substantially equal to or smaller than area of apertures of shadow-mask through which beams pass on a photoresist film, which contains an acrylamidediacetoneacrylamide copolymer and a water-soluble aromatic bisazide compound, by exposing said photoresist film to light through a mask having the pattern and then developing the film.The use of said photoresist film for the preparation of a phosphor screen of a color picture tube of a black matrix or black stripe type does not require a special technique such as post-etching of a shadow mask and makes it possible to form a three primary color phosphor pattern having a surface area substantially equal to or smaller than the area of apertures of the shadow mask through which lightbeams pass, without mutual "bridging" between phosphor dots. Thus, an excellent phosphor screen of a color picture tube of a black matrix or black stripe type can be prepared.

    摘要: A fluorescent screen of a cathode ray tube is prepared by forming a film of photosensitive sticky substance, for example, an aqueous solution of a copolymer of a complex salt of diazonium salt and zinc chloride, on an inner surface of a face plate of the tube, exposing the film to light to render portions thereof sticky, applying a powdery substance, for example, phosphors of three colors, onto the film to cause the powdery substance to adhere to the portions of the film rendered sticky, removing excess powder to form a film pattern of the powdery substance, causing the substance responsible for stickiness to ooze out onto the film pattern, applying another powdery substance, for example, graphite onto the film pattern and removing an excess of another powder substance, thus forming the fluorescent screen. The invention is applicable to the manufacture of a fluorescent screen for use in a color picture tube, a monochromatic picture tube and a penetration tube.

    摘要: Surfaces of a perforated mask made of iron are allowed to contact with an acidic aqueous solution of antimony trichloride, e.g., a hydrochloric acid solution to form a thin film of metallic antimony on said surfaces. A protective coating of a phosphate is allowed to be deposited onto said thin film. Thereafter, said surfaces is heated in an oxygen atmosphere to produce a grayish black coating having an excellent thermal emission power. The perforated mask thus treated has no permanent deformation like wrinkles produced at a perforated sheet member and is uniform in color.
