    摘要: A laser beam recording apparatus is provided with a semiconductor laser for producing a laser beam, and a beam scanning system for scanning the laser beam on a photosensitive material. A laser operation control circuit produces a light emission level instructing signal corresponding to an image signal and controls a drive current for the semiconductor laser over a natural light emission region and a laser oscillation region on the basis of the light emission level instructing signal, thereby to modulate the intensity of the laser beam. A device superimposes a radio-frequency current upon the drive current for the semiconductor laser only in a region in which the drive current exceeds a predetermined value.

    摘要: An optical memory disk has a recording layer which is disposed on one surface of a plain circular support base and has a plurality of radially spaced data tracks for storing data items therein, the data tracks being grouped into a number of data track groups. Each of the tracks is divided into a plurality of angularly consecutive sectors bearing a plurality of angularly equally spaced sector marks, respectively, the sector marks on the tracks of each of the data track groups being located in angularly different positions, respectively. There are also disclosed a method of and a system for rapidly and reliably accessing a desired target track among the data tracks on the optical memory disk.

    摘要: A laser beam recording apparatus is provided with a laser operation control circuit for controlling a drive current for a semiconductor laser based on a light emission level instructing signal to modulate the optical intensity of a laser beam emitted by the semiconductor laser, an optical output stabilizing circuit for feeding a feedback signal corresponding to a detected intensity of the laser beam to the light emission level instructing signal, a gain adjuster provided in the optical output stabilizing circuit, and a gain controller for controlling the gain adjuster based on the light emission level instructing signal to compensate for fluctuations in a differential quantum efficiency of the semiconductor laser, and maintaining constant the gain of the optical output stabilizing circuit. Or, the laser operation control circuit is provided with the optical output stabilizing circuit, and a gain adjuster is provided in the optical output stabilizing circuit.

A radiographic apparatus includes the photo timer, a solid state detector for recording image information by irradiation of X-rays which carry the image information and outputting an image signal representing the image information, and a communication means for sending the image signal to a photography control means by wireless means. Further, cables are not required to connect the X-radiographic apparatus (photo timer) and the X-ray irradiation apparatus, or the X-radiographic apparatus and the photography control means.

A method for the production of a soldered electronic circuit board, includes the steps of treating an exposed metallic surface of an electronic circuit board with a tackifier compound, thereby imparting tackiness to the metallic surface to form a tacky part; supplying the tacky part with a solder powder slurry suspended in a liquid, thereby inducing attachment of the solder powder, and thermally fusing the attached solder powder, thereby forming a circuit. A method for the attachment of solder powder includes the steps of treating an exposed metallic surface of an electronic circuit board with a tackifier compound, thereby imparting tackiness to the metallic surface to form a tacky part, supplying the tacky part with a solder powder slurry suspended in a liquid, thereby inducing attachment of the solder powder and, on the occurrence of a part devoid of attachment of solder powder in the consequently formed electronic circuit board, supplying the part with a solder powder slurry, thereby inducing attachment of solder powder thereto.
