摘要: A stator of a rotary electrical machine includes a core unit configured by a plurality of core assemblies, around which wires are respectively wound to form the coils, including low voltage side terminals, which connect first ends of the coils, and a bus ring attached to the core unit so as to connect second ends of the coils to electricity supply wires by high voltage side terminals. Each terminal accommodating portion is individually formed relative to each of the core assemblies at an external side of the coils. Each of the terminal accommodating portions is filled with an insulating resin material in a state where at least one of a connecting portion of the first end and each of the low voltage side terminals and a connecting portion of the second end and each of the high voltage side terminals is accommodated within each of the terminal accommodating portions.

摘要: A wiring component for a motor coil includes a wire coil configured by a plurality of wire segments arranged in a circumferential direction so as to form a ring shape, each of the wire segments including an arc-shaped main-body portion made of a conductive wire rod bent in an arc shape, protruding portions formed at both end portions of the main-body portion, and upright portions respectively formed at end portions of the protruding portions in a manner of bending one of end portions of each of the protruding portions so that the upright portions protrude in a direction vertical relative to a planar surface including the main-body portion. The wire coil is arranged to form a plurality of layers, thereby forming a cylindrical shape, and the upright portions, at which the adjacent wire segments contact each other in the circumferential direction thereof, are electrically connected to each other.

摘要: A color filter layer is formed on a glass substrate of a counter substrate. A bank pattern is formed of the same material as a red color-filter portion, a green color filter portion and a blue color filter portion of the color filter layer at the outside of the color filter layer on the glass substrate in the same step. A light shielding material is coated in a bank between the bank pattern and the color filter layer to form a light shielding layer. The light shielding layer can be formed so as to be continuous with the peripheral edge of the color filter layer. The light shielding layer is less likely to overlap with the inside of a display frame portion of the liquid crystal panel, and the aperture ratio is less likely to be reduced. The number of manufacturing steps of the light shielding layer is reduced.

摘要: The manufacture is carried out by impregnating bundles of filaments of fibrous-reinforcing material in a bath made up of an emulsion of a thermoplastic resin and a blowing agent. The emulsion-impregnated reinforcing filament bundles are then squeezed and dried to form resin coatings, and then collected to provide a single bunch of the fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin material. This bunch is subsequently heated and allowed to expand in a tunnel and also cooled in a tunnel to produce a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin of a cellular structure. During the impregnation with the emulsion in a bath, the bundles are slackened and repeatedly beaten in the condition of free tension to cause the filament bundles to be substantially frayed to facilitate the impregnation. An apparatus utilizable in the practice of the above method is also disclosed.
