Abstract:
A system and method for processing e-mail is provided wherein an e-mail is received from an originator or a customer, a routing destination is determined and responses to the e-mail are retrieved from a library based on the selected routing destination. Customer data is then accessed and the responses are filtered based on customer information that is extrinsic to the e-mail. An agent can select a response from the list of filtered responses and the selected response can be sent to the originator.
Abstract:
A device and method for storage of items in a storage compartment formed in a toilet seat lid. The lid features an upper section rotationally engaged with a lower section to form a storage compartment therebetween. Items may be stored in the compartment and accessed by separating the upper section from lower section. The items to be stored may be provided in inserts adapted in dimension to engage within the storage compartment thereby allowing multiple items and products to be sold in separate inserts for engagement by the user in the storage compartment.
Abstract:
A method and an alignment arrangement for a circuit breaker cradle configured to mount in a switchgear enclosure. The switchgear enclosure includes a mounting base. The alignment arrangement includes a first cradle alignment notch defined in one end of the mounting base. A second cradle alignment notch is defined in another end of the mounting base. A first alignment tab is defined on one edge of the cradle and positioned on the cradle to align with the first cradle alignment notch. A second alignment tab is defined on another edge of the cradle and positioned on the cradle to align with the second cradle alignment notch. The two alignment tabs will mate and interlock with the two notches in the mounting base to align the cradle horizontally and vertically in the switchgear enclosure.
Abstract:
According to this process a structure is produced comprising an insulating substrate (10) carrying at least one cathode conductor (12), an insulating layer (14), a gate layer (16), holes being formed through these layers, level with the cathode conductor. In the holes are formed microtips made from a metallic material by forming a protective insulating layer (50) on the gate layer, forming a chemical deposit (60) of the metallic material at the bottom of the holes until said material overflows therefrom, by eliminating the protective layer and by electrolytically etching the metallic material. Application to the manufacture of flat screens.
Abstract:
Micropoint emissive cathode electron source and field emission-excited cathodoluminescence display means using said source. The source comprises a series of electrodes (5) acting as cathode conductors and carrying micropoints (12) and a series of electrodes (10g) acting as grids, each of the electrodes of one of the series being in contact with a resistive layer (7) and having a lattice structure, so that there are consequently tracks (5a) which intersect and define first openings (6), each of the electrodes of the other series having second openings (11) which are displaced with respect to the first openings.
Abstract:
Electron source with microtip emissive cathodes having grating-like electrodes. These electrodes can either be cathode conductors (5) or grids (10). Specific application to the excitation of a display screen.
Abstract:
Spin polarized electron source using an emissive micropoint cathode. At least one portion of each micropoint, including the top of the latter, is ferromagnetic, so that the electrons emitted by the cathode are spin polarized in a given direction, when the portion is subject to a magnetic field parallel to the given direction.
Abstract:
Electrolytic display cell of the type comprising a transparent electrode of shape suitable for display purposes, a counter-electrode made from metal, called primary metal, an electrolyte inserted between the electrode and the counter-electrode, and means for supplying the electrode and counter-electrode with electric power so as to bring about in certain parts of the electrode the deposition or dissolving of a metal coating formed from the primary metal, wherein the counter-electrode is continuous and also comprises an electricity conducting material, which is chemically and electrochemically inert under the operating conditions of the cell, the said material and the said metal being associated in the counter-electrode in such a way that the primary metal is in contact with the electrolyte and the electricity conducting material forms a continuous film.
Abstract:
A method includes receiving, at a message processing system that includes a processor and a memory, a message from an originator. The message includes content related to a particular service of a plurality of services. The method includes selecting a set of potential responses to the message at the message processing system based on the particular service. The method also includes retrieving account information related to the originator of the message at the message processing system. The method further includes filtering the set of potential responses at the message processing system to provide a filtered set of responses. The set of potential responses is filtered based on the account information. When a first response has a confidence level that exceeds a threshold confidence level, the method includes sending the first response from the message processing system to the originator of the message without sending the filtered set of responses to an agent.
