    摘要: Provided are a base station, a terminal, a band allocation method, and a downlink data communication method in which a mapping method for synchronization signals and report signals is implemented with high resource usage efficiency when a first system in which an independent single communication is allocated to a unit band co-exists with a second system in which a plurality of unit bands can be allocated to a single communication. In a base station (200), an OFDM signal generation unit (225) maps primary synchronization channel (P-SCH), secondary synchronization channel (S-SCH), primary broadcast channel (P-BCH), and dynamic broadcast channel (D-BCH), which can be decoded by both an LTE terminal and an LTE+ terminal, to some of a plurality of unit bands available to the station itself. The OFDM signal generation unit (225) also maps D-BCH+, which can be decoded only by an LTE+ terminal, to all of the plurality of unit bands to produce a multiplexed transmission signal. When the terminal which has transmitted terminal capability information is an LTE+ terminal, a control unit (265) transmits a band movement indication which indicates changes in the reception band to that terminal.

The control channels may comprise scheduling related control information. According to another aspect of the invention, a more flexible solution is proposed that may allow for taking different geometries of mobile stations within a cell into account. Similar to the aspect above, the size of the control channel information is aligned by means of modulation and/or coding, however the control channel information is aligned to one out of a set of numbers of coded control channel information bits and/or modulation symbols for each control channel.

In order to enable cross-carrier scheduling in a mobile communication system using carrier aggregation while avoiding erroneous detection of assigned physical resources that could lead to HARQ soft buffer corruption/degradation of the system throughput, the invention suggests a scheme for explicitly indicating within downlink control information (DCI) including a resource assignment for the downlink (or uplink) the number of OFDM symbol(s) used for control signaling within a sub-frame on a component carrier on which resources are assigned by the DCI. In one exemplary implementation the number of OFDM symbol(s) used for control signaling is the PCFICH values signaled in a 3GPP LTE-A network. The indication of the OFDM symbol(s) within the sub-frame on the assigned component carrier may for example be jointly encoded with other control signaling information, e.g. with the carrier indication of the carrier indicator field.
