    摘要: To collectively manage user networks connected to a virtual private network (VPN) without such time and effort necessary for an operation management server to be ready for an expansion MIB for each of vendors. Provided is a network management system, including: a first edge router, an operation management server and a second edge router which connects to the first edge router, the second edge router being included in the network constituted for each of the user groups, wherein the first edge router includes: collecting unit for collecting management information regarding constituent elements of the network constituted for each of the user groups from the second edge router on the network constituted for each of the user groups, unit for storing the management information in correspondence with the virtual private network for each of the user groups, and unit for returning the management information when receiving, from the operation management server, a request for the management information brought in correspondence with the virtual private network for each of the user groups, and the operation management server includes requesting unit for designating the virtual private network for each of the user groups and requesting the first edge router to return the management information regarding the constituent elements of the network constituted for each user group connected to the virtual private network.

    摘要: A polishing composition which achieves surfaces with high planarity and the reduction of corrosions in the wiring metal surface at the same time is provided.Such compositions include (A) an oxidizing agent; (B) at least one acid selected from an amino acid, a carboxylic acid of no more than 8 carbon atoms, and an inorganic acid; (C) a sulfonic acid having a concentration of 0.01% by mass or more and having an alkyl group of 8 or more carbon atoms; (D) a fatty acid having a concentration of 0.001% by mass or more and having an alkyl group of 8 or more carbon atoms; and (E) at least one compound selected from a pyridine carbonyl compound, a nonionic water-soluble polymer, 2-pyrrolidone, N-methylpyrrolidone, 1,3-dimethyl-2-imidazolidinone, gramine, adenine, N,N′-diisopropylethylenediamine, N,N′-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)ethylenediamine, N,N′-dibenzylethylenediamine, and N,N′-diphenylethylenediamine.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method for producing an abrasive composition, which can control dishing, a method for polishing a substrate using the abrasive composition, and a method for producing a substrate. In the method for producing an abrasive composition, two kinds of preliminary compositions (A) and (B) having different compositions are mixed in different mixing ratios to produce plural kinds of abrasive compositions, wherein a composition containing (a) an abrasive grain, (b) an oxidizing agent, (c) one or more acids selected from the group consisting of amino acids, organic acids and inorganic acids, and (d) a surfactant is used as the preliminary composition (A); and a composition containing (a) an abrasive grain and (b) an oxidizing agent is used as the preliminary composition (B). The preliminary composition (B) may contain the foregoing acid (c) and surfactant (d). In this case, at least one of (a), (b), (c) and (d) in the preliminary composition (A) has a different concentration from that in the preliminary composition (B).

    摘要: A manufacturing method of a PDP includes: a first material filling step for filling recessed portions (41) of a molding die (4) with a first dielectric paste (23A) that forms partitions; a second material application step for applying a second dielectric paste (22A) that forms an address electrode protective layer on a rear substrate (2); a transfer step for pressing the molding die (4) against the second dielectric paste (22A) and then peeling the molding die (4) off from the rear substrate (2); and a firing step. Since the molding die (4) is pressed against the second dielectric paste (22A) that has a fluidity in the transfer step, the first dielectric paste (23A) and the second dielectric paste (22A) can be adhered to each other securely. Accordingly, the partitions having a desired shape can be formed securely and inter-partition portions of the address electrode protective layer can be uniformly formed with a uniform thickness.
