Abstract:
A brake control system includes at least a pair of brake systems respectively connected to a pair of brake operating members L1, L2, and a control unit 10 for controlling the brake forces of the pair of brake systems interlockingly according to a predetermined distribution ratio by operating one of the pair of brake operating members L1, L2. The control unit 10 executes a decreasing control on the brake forces in such a manner that, when releasing the pair of brake operating members L1, L2, the control unit 10 decreases both of the brake forces together, even in a state where the control unit performs the interlocking control so as to decrease the brake force of one of the brake system as the brake force of the other of the brake system is increased in accordance with the predetermined distribution ratio.
Abstract:
A fuel cell power source is provided with a means for feeding a liquid fuel cell and water through time-sharing with the use of a single pump so as to maintain concentration of the liquid fuel, thereby it is possible to decrease the number of accessories in order to reduce the size of the fuel cell power source and as well to reduce the costs.
Abstract:
A steering wheel including a core metal of a ring portion also includes a soft portion and a hard portion for covering circumferential portions of the core metal. Leather is disposed on a surface of the soft portion and overlaps edges of the hard portion. Extended portions extending from the soft portion surround the core metal and are covered by the hard portion. In this manner, a user of the steering wheel may experience comfort in the feel of the leather on the soft portion as well as an aesthetically appealing hard portion.
Abstract:
In an air conditioner with a front panel projected forward, in order to increase stiffness of a body cabinet and to improve maintainability and appearance, the body cabinet is composed of: a base panel; a top panel; and a front panel, and the front panel is formed only with an air outlet port to be finished into a refined appearance having less seams, and it is adopted as basic configuration to support a front end side of the top panel by a drain pan, and further a front end side of the front panel and the front end side of the top panel are coupled to each other.
Abstract:
A steering wheel body has covering materials for covering a ring core and spoke cores and a pad member integrally formed with the covering materials. An adaptor is fitted to the tip of a steering shaft, the adaptor having an inside serration engaging with the serration of the steering shaft and an outside serration engaging with the serration of a boss member. Moreover, the boss member of a boss plate is provided with a through-hole extending in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the steering shaft. A bolt for fastening the adaptor of the steering shaft is screwed into the through-hole.
Abstract:
A steering wheel for motor vehicles which is composed of a steering wheel base covered with a skin material of: (I) 10-50 parts by weight of a polyethylene resin (A); and (II) 90-50 parts by weight of a block copolymer (B) including a polymer block (a) of styrene or a derivative thereof and an isoprene polymer block or an isoprene-butadiene copolymer block (b), the polymer or copolymer block containing 40% or higher of isoprene units bonded at 3,4- position relative to the total isoprene units and 97% or more of the double bonds having been hydrogenated, (the total amount of the components (A) and (B) is 100 parts by weight). The skin material for the steering wheel is a soft, injection-moldable thermoplastic olefin elastomer composition having a low specific gravity and good wear resistance, which is capable of recycling and gives excellent feel of touch.
Abstract:
An air bag device comprises at the center a bag provided with a gas flowing orifice, a pad for receiving the bag in its folded state, an inflator arranged so as to permit gas to be jetted toward the gas flowing orifice of the bag and an inflator insertion hole into which a holding cylinder below the inflator can be inserted and further provided with a retainer for holding the inflator and the bag in their inner periphery and the pad in its outer periphery. The air bag device further includes a holding cloth surrounding the lower holding cylinder of the inflator and formed continuously below the gas flowing orifice of the bag, and a coupling is formed between the peripheral surface of the inflator and peripheral edge of the inflator insertion hole of the retainer.
