摘要: A control mechanism for controlling hazard warning and turn indicator lamps in a vehicle is combined with a control lever in the vicinity of a steering wheel for easy operation. When the control lever is angularly displaced in a first direction, an elevator (displacing member) is displaced in a corresponding direction. At this time, a movable contact is also displaced into contact with hazard warning fixed contacts, turning on a hazard switch to energize turn signal lamps in a hazard warning state. When the control lever is displaced in a direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction while in the hazard warning state, a turn switch is turned on, thereby electrically canceling the hazard warning state. The hazard warning state is thus automatically canceled upon switching from the hazard warning state to a direction indicating state.

摘要: A ceramic coating bonded to an iron tubular member comprising a bonding layer formed on a surface of the iron tubular member by a reaction of an iron tubular oxide layer of the iron tubular member and a silicate; and an iron oxide diffusion-preventing layer produced from fine metal oxide particles or an organometallic binder by firing on a surface of the bonding layer. The ceramic coating may further comprises an oxidation-preventing layer, a heat-insulating layer, a refractory layer or a thin dense protective layer. It may be produced by coating the surface of the iron tubular member with a silicate binder to form a layer which is then converted to a bonding layer by a heat treatment in a steam atmosphere; coating the surface of the bonding layer with fine metal oxide particles or an organometallic binder to form an iron oxide diffusion-preventing layer; and after curing and drying firing the resulting ceramic coating in an atmosphere having an oxygen partial pressure of 10 mmHg or less.

摘要: A fixing device for joining two sheet parts as separated by a prescribed space from each other is disclosed which comprises a hinge part adapted to be bent perpendicularly, a base plate part connected to one end side of the hinge part and provided with a projecting fitting shank, and an engaging part connected to the other end side of the hinge part and provided with a pair of legs possessing engaging claws at the leading ends thereof and a retainer claw possessing an upwardly urged free end. By this fixing device, a lower sheet part is fixed in place by boring a hole in advance along one edge of the lower sheet part, inserting the fitting shank, and bending the hinge part perpendicularly thereby bringing the engaging claws into fast engagement with the lateral walls of the fitting shank and an upper sheet part is fixed in place by pressing the upper sheet part downwardly from above the engaging part held upright and allowing the upper sheet part to be nipped between the engaging claws and the top of the fitting shank.

摘要: A rotor has rotor cores divided in the axial direction. A permanent magnet is mounted at the position of each of the magnetic poles of cores. The permanent magnet of each magnetic pole is configured by a single tabular member that penetrates the two divided cores in the axial direction. Convex parts are respectively provided on the outer peripheries of the respective magnetic poles of the rotor cores along the axial direction of the rotor. The convex parts are provided to positions that are displaced for each of the two divided cores. The magnetic flux density increases in the convex parts, which becomes the magnetic pole center. Since the convex parts positions are displaced to each other, a skew function can be exhibited even if the permanent magnet is mounted at the same position.
