    摘要: The invention relates to a moisture-curing, NCO-reactive polyurethane hotmelt adhesive composition to a process for its production and to its use as an adhesive wherein the hot-melt adhesive characterized by a reaction product obtainable by reaction of:A) a mixture of:i) polyfunctional polyol component which is liquid or highly viscous (paste-like) at room temperature (25.degree. C.) and which has an average molecular weight of 500 to 5,000 and which is consisting of at least one polyether and/or polyester polycol, andii) a polyfunctional polyol component which is crystalline at room temperature (25.degree. C.) and which has a molecular weight of 500 to 10,000 and preferably 2,000 to 5,000with a mixture ofB)i) a polyisocyanate component containing two differently reactive NCO groups andii) a diisocyanate component having an NCO reactivity to hydroxyl groups which is greater which is greater than that of the less reactive NCO groups of the polyisocyanate component containing two differently reactive NCO groups.the overall ratio of NCO:OH groups being greater than 1, and the ratio of the NCO groups of the polyisocyanate component containing two differently reactive NCO groups to the OH groups of the polyol component i) being between 1.05 and 2.0 and the ratio by weight formed from the quantity of polyol component to the quantity of the polyisocyanate component containing two differenty reactive NCO groups and the quantity of the crystalline polyol component, the diisocyanate component containing isocyanate groups which are more reactive to OH groups than the less reactive NCO groups of the isocyanate containing two differently reactive NCO groups being between 10 and 0.1.

    摘要: A process for the production of a crosslinkable, predominately linear polyurethane containing terminal aromatic amino groups by reacting(A) an organic, substantially difunctional polyisocyanate,(B) a substantially difunctional polyhydroxyl compound having a molecular weight of 400 to about 6000 and/or(C) a substantially difunctional chain-extending agent having a molecular weight of 18 to about 399 and(D) a chain-terminating agent comprising a member from the group consisting of araliphatic diamines and aromatic diamines containing amino groups of different reactivity to NCO-groups, in(E) solvents which are substantially inert to the reactants,in a single-stage or multistage reaction, characterized in that component (A) is reacted with component (B) and/or (C) in an NCO:isocyanate-reactive group ratio of about 1.45:1 to 1.02:1 to form a polyurethane containing terminal NCO-groups, having a molecular weight of at least 10,000 and an NCO-content of 0.2 equivalents and 0.001 equivalents of NCO/1000 g of polyurethane, and said polyurethane is subsequently reacted with chain-terminating agent (D) in an NCO:NH.sub.2 -ratio of about 1:5 to 1:1.66 to form polyurethanes containing terminal aromatic amino groups.The present invention is also directed to the products of this process and compositions containing these products and polyisocyanate crosslinking agents.

    摘要: This invention relates to a new process for the production of aqueous dispersions or solutions of polyurethane-polyureas by reacting NCO-prepolymers which have been hydrophilically modified and/or which contain external emulsifiers with organic polyamines and/or hydrazines in the aqueous phase, the above-mentioned chain extenders - in the form of their solid adducts with inorganic or organic acids - being mixed with the NCO-prepolymers to form a suspension before production of the dispersion or solution. The invention also relates to the dispersions or solutions obtainable by this process and to their use for the production of coatings or bonds.
