    摘要: In a conventional light amplifier, when an addition or subtraction operation is performed on currents output from a plurality of light-receiving elements to output a voltage amplified according to the current resulting from the addition or subtraction operation, increasing the gain results in reducing the loop gain, making it impossible to achieve a wide band width. A light amplifier of the invention is provided with a plurality of light amplifier circuits, each having a light-receiving element that outputs a current according to the intensity of light received and a current amplifier that outputs a current by amplifying the output current of the light-receiving element, and a first transimpedance amplifier whose input terminal is connected to the node at which the output terminals of the individual current amplifiers are connected together. This helps prevent the lowering of the loop gain when the gain is increased.

    摘要: A first diode and a first resistor element are serially connected between a first fixed potential point and a testing terminal. A second diode and a second resistor element are serially connected between a second fixed potential point and the testing terminal. A power supply connected to the testing terminal is set such that the currents to be caused to flow through the first resistor element and the second resistor element are respectively set. With this, the resistance of each of the first and second resistor elements can be measured when a plurality of currents are allowed to separately flow through the resistor element and the other resistor element becomes OFF. Thus, the first resistor element and the second resistor element can be tested with the use of a single testing terminal.

    摘要: An amplifier circuit AMP1 amplifies the difference between an output voltage from a current voltage conversion circuit 1 and a bias voltage. The current voltage conversion circuit 1 converts a photocurrent of a photodiode PD which detect incoming light into a voltage. A gm-amp AMP2 charges or discharges a capacity C1 by a current corresponding to the difference between the output voltage from the amplifier circuit AMP1 and a reference voltage V3. A field effect transistor M3 supplies a drain current, which is controlled by voltages at the respective terminals of the capacity C1, to the photodiode PD, in order to prevent the output voltage of the amplifier circuit AMP1 from being varied due to the influence of a DC photocurrent flowing in the photodiode PD. The gate of a field effect transistor M1 which is connected in parallel to a current voltage conversion resistor R1 has an identical voltage with the gate of the field effect transistor M3. On this account, as the DC photocurrent increases, the resistance decreases and the current voltage conversion resistor value decreases, and hence a noise voltage caused by shot noise decreases. As a result, the malfunction due to the shot noise generated in the photodiode is prevented.

    摘要: A speaker diaphragm has a laminated construction in which a core layer is made of a porous diamond type wafer or wafers and sandwiched by a pair of surface layers made of diamond type material. Presence of numerous small pores in the core layer reduces the specific gravity of the entire diaphragm, thereby increasing efficiency in acoustic conversion. The porous construction of the core layer reduces internal loss of the diaphragm, and suppresses resonance in the treble range.
