    摘要: An optical connector for splicing a rear end of a pre-assembled optical fiber that is mounted within an optical ferrule with a tip of a second optical fiber is provided. The optical connector includes a connector body and an anchor mechanism for anchoring the second optical fiber to the connector body. The anchor mechanism includes a holder for holding the second optical fiber, and connecting portion which anchors the holder to the connector body. The length of the second optical fiber from the holder to the tip is longer than the distance from the holder to the rear end of the pre-assembled optical fiber. The rear end of the pre-assembled optical fiber is a curved convex end surface or an end with a diameter-reducing portion, and is PC-connectable to the tip of the second optical fiber.

    摘要: An automatially tiltable small roller structure of slide bearing type for video tape recorders which has a small roller (10) including an elastic rubber cylinder (11) and a sleeve (12) integral with the inner periphery of the cylinder, the sleeve having a lower inside diameter surface (13) and an upper inside diameter surface (14) with a smaller diameter the former to form a stepped portion (15) inside the sleeve (12), an outer race (21) fitted to the stepped portion, a row of bearing balls (23) fitted in the outer race and located at a middle point between the opposite ends of the sleeve, a shaft (30) having a lower shaft portion (31), an upper shaft portion (32) having a smaller diameter than the lower shaft portion and a tapered surface portion (33) extending between the two shaft portions, the bearing balls being provided such that they are brought into rolling contact with the tapered surface, a region of the upper shaft portion adjacent thereto and the inner peripheral surface of the outer race and first and second plastic sleeves (34), (35) pressed onto the opposite end portion of the shaft, respectively and having a small coefficient of friction and a small coefficient of wear. The second sleeve (35) has at an outer end thereof a flange (36) having a larger diameter than the upper inside diameter surface (14). The roller structure also has a lower annular clearance between the first plastic sleeve (34) and the lower inside diameter surface (13) and an upper annular clearance between the second plastic sleeve (35) and the upper inside diameter surface (14).

    摘要: An automatic speed ratio control system of intergration servo mechanism type for a stepless transmission of an automotive vehicle. Speed ratio is controlled by a hydraulic pump motor of variable displacement type, which in turn is controlled by an actuator having a piston and a cylinder to which hydraulic oil is supplied. The system comprises a target value generator which produces a target value for an engine speed corresponding to a throttle opening or an output torque of an engine, or which produces a target value for an engine output torque corresponding to a throttle opening or an engine speed; a detector for producing a signal indicative of an engine speed or an output torque of an engine; a control signal generator for comparing the signal from the detector against the signal from the target value generator to produce a control signal in accordance with a deviation therebetween; and a controller responsive to the control signal to drive the actuator to change a speed ratio of the stepless transmission. The system is characterized by further comprising means for controlling a gain of the alteration rate of the speed ratio in response to the position of the actuator to increase the alteration rate when the actuator is at the position of low speed ratio and decrease the alteration rate when the actuator is at the position of high speed ratio.

    摘要: A compressor of a Scotch-yoke type, which includes: a piston consisting of a pair of bottomed cylindrical members, with the open ends of the members being mated with each other; a slider confined between the opposed bottoms of the piston, and slidable along the inner surfaces thereof in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the piston; and a crank cam secured to a drive shaft extending through opposed openings defined in the wall of piston, i.e., in a mated portion of the cylindrical members, and fitted in a bore provided in the slider rotatably. In this compressor, the aforesaid mated portion of the bottomed cylindrical members are further provided with opposed openings or windows in the direction of the reciprocating or sliding slider, so that parts of flanks of the slider may go into the aforesaid windows, thereby increasing a stroke of the piston. In addition, respective bottom walls of the cylinder, in which the piston is slidingly fitted, are provided with valve mechanisms, which allow both inflow and outflow of a fluid in response to the reciprocating movement of the piston within the cylinder. Assuming that the direction of a drive shaft having a cam slidingly fitted in the bore in the slider is longitudinal, then the direction of the reciprocating piston is vertical, and the direction of the reciprocating slider is lateral.
