摘要: An optical coherence tomography (OCT) system using partial mirrors is generally described. In an example, the OCT system includes a swept light source. The system further includes an interferometer into which light from the light source is directed and a detector configured to produce an imaging sample signal based on light received from the interferometer. The system also includes a partial mirror disposed over an aperture, wherein the partial mirror is configured to transmit light within a first wavelength range and reflect light within a second wavelength range.

摘要: A device is for screening a person for CI and may include a binocular viewer, a display adjacent the binocular viewer, and a processor and associated memory cooperating with the display. The processor may be configured to display on the display a first visual stimulus and a second visual stimulus, cause, in alternating fashion, convergent movement and divergent movement in the first visual stimulus and the second visual stimulus along a visual stimulus path, determine respective centroid positions of the second eye and the first eye during the convergent and divergent movement of the first visual stimulus and the second visual stimulus, and calculate an IPD, and compare the IPD with the visual stimulus path to obtain a dynamic IPD, the dynamic IPD serving as an indicator for whether the person has CI.

摘要: According to an ophthalmic examination system of an embodiment, a user interface of an examination instruction apparatus is used to enter an instruction for examination. A first communication unit sends the instruction to an ophthalmic examination apparatus in real time. An examination optical system of the ophthalmic examination apparatus includes an optical element applied to an eye and a projection system that projects an examination light beam onto the eye through the optical element. An information presentation optical system includes a display and a light guide system that guides a display light beam from the display to the eye through the optical element. A second communication unit receives the instruction from the examination instruction apparatus. A controller displays the instruction received by the second communication unit on the display in real time.

The image can include a reflection of light from at least one of the subject's eyes. The method can also include analyzing the image to identify a position of the reflection of the light within at least one of the subject's eyes, and determining a phoria measurement based on the position of the reflection of the light within at least one of the subject's eyes.

摘要: In a perimetry to be conducted, designating an inspection region through a region designator, stimuli are presented to regions separated in an up/down direction, an oblique direction and a right/left direction from the inspection region (“the spaced region”) in addition to the designated inspection region. At the result, examinees are not able to predict to which of both regions, the inspection region and the spaced region the stimuli are presented, thereby obtaining correct inspection results that do not receive a prediction of the examinees.
