摘要: Disclosed is a dispersing device, including a first shear device and at least two second shear devices, one of the first shear device and the second shear device is a shear stator and the other is a shear rotor. The first shear device includes a shear inner ring, a shear outer ring and an annular isolation board. The shear inner ring is provided with a plurality of first radial through holes; the shear outer ring is provided to surround outside the shear inner ring, and is provided coaxially with the shear inner ring and connected in linkage with each other; and the shear outer ring is provided with a plurality of third radial through holes. The annular isolation board is located between the shear inner ring and the shear outer ring, and both opposite ends of the annular isolation board form shear receiving grooves, respectively.

摘要: A system and method is configured for inducing powder for pharmaceutical production. The system is configured to inducing the powder in a powder container into a powder flow pathway toward a branched lumen, wherein the powder container is a single use closed container, and wherein an air inlet is coupled to the powder flow pathway downstream of the powder container and upstream of the branched lumen. The powder is induced into a recirculation flow pathway toward a mix tank, wherein a pump assembly is located in the recirculation flow pathway. The powder is recirculated in the recirculation flow pathway toward the mix tank having a controlled air flow rate and recirculation flow rate.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a gas-solid separation structure including: a feeding pipeline including a first feeding part, a second feeding part and a first valve disposed between the first and second feeding parts; a discharge pipeline having a first opening and a second opening opposite to each other, the second feeding part extending into the discharge pipeline via the first opening; wherein an exhaust channel is formed between the second feeding part and the discharge pipeline, exhaust holes are formed in a portion of the discharge pipeline opposite to the second feeding part, and the exhaust channel is in communication with the exhaust holes. The present disclosure further provides a feeding device and an electrochemical deposition apparatus. The present disclosure can improve the problem of interference with medicine powder release caused by gases entering the discharge pipeline.

摘要: A technique facilitates mixing of fluids for use in well treatment operations. According to an embodiment, a dry powder material, e.g. a friction reducer, may be thoroughly mixed into fluid or fluids associated with a well treatment operation. The powder material is combined with liquid, e.g. water, via a series of Venturi mixers arranged to thoroughly mix the materials. In some applications, the Venturi mixers are mounted on a modular unit which is readily moved to a desired wellsite. Additional modular units may be added to increase the amount of product being mixed according to the demands of a given well treatment operation, e.g. a hydraulic fracturing operation.

摘要: A water source, an acid source, an electrolyte tank containing a mixture of electrolytes in exactly the quantity needed for the manufacture of the liquid acid concentrate, and a sodium chloride source are connected to a mixing tank. A quantity of water needed for the manufacture of the batch of liquid acid concentrate is introduced into the mixing tank. A quantity of acid needed for manufacture of the liquid acid concentrate is introduced into the mixing tank, the solution is stirred until a homogeneous solution is obtained. Part of the solution contained in the mixing tank is transferred into the electrolyte tank, then the solution contained in the electrolyte tank is transferred into the mixing tank. A quantity of sodium chloride needed to manufacture the liquid acid concentrate is introduced into the mixing tank. The solution is stirred and recirculated until a homogeneous liquid acid concentrate is obtained.

摘要: The present invention relates to apparatus for manufacturing at least one liquid, by dissolving or suspending powders in solvents. The apparatus may be arranged for inclusion in a pellet coating system to supply the liquid to a downstream apparatus such as a Post Pellet Liquid Application (PPLA, 44). The apparatus includes: a mixing system, comprising a mixing pump (27), a mixing vessel (33) and piping for mixing substances located in the mixing vessel (33) by liquid recirculation; solvent supply means, comprising a supply tank (37) arranged to supply solvent to the mixing vessel (33); a feeding system, comprising a Hopper (32) for storing a first particulate material, a ramp arranged above a weighing tray (34) and a hopper vibrator (3.1) for feeding a first particulate material to the weighing tray (34); a weighing system located above the mixing vessel (33), the weighing system comprising the weighing tray (34), a weighing tray loadcell (5) for weighting a first particulate material and a weighing tray vibrator (4) for feeding a first particulate material to the mixing vessel (33); a blending vessel (40) to which a liquid comprising the first particulate material is transferred from the mixing vessel (33) and to which additional solvent may be added to reach a desired concentration of the first particulate material in the liquid; optionally a day tank (39) to which a liquid comprising the first particulate material is transferred from the blending vessel (40.1) for storage; and a control system, wherein a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) (25) is arranged to receive signals from the weighing system and to control operation of at least part of the feed system according to the signals received from the weighing system to deliver a target mass of first and at least a second particulate material to the mixing vessel (33). The apparatus for manufacturing at least one liquid according to the invention may be connected to system for coating pellets, such as feed pellets. The system for coating pellets may include: the apparatus for manufacturing at least one liquid; a pellet source; a pellet coating device; means for feeding at least one liquid from the manufacturing apparatus to the pellet coating device; wherein the pellet coating device is arranged to apply the or each liquid to at least some of the pellets received from the pellet source. The present invention includes a method for manufacturing a liquid, by dissolving or suspending powders in solvents.
