    摘要: Machine tool, comprising a base (1) with a bottom (10) and a peripheral wall (11) of predetermined height to delimit an internal volume of predetermined capacity and open at the top, in which on the upper edge of said wall (11) is placed, removably, a pierced cover (2), or a work-piece carrier surface provided with through holes (20) through which a refrigerant liquid is free to fall, and wherein an electric motor (4), on which is engaged a tool holder (7), is placed in said inner volume, and wherein said electric motor (4) is inserted in a protection chamber (5) which protects it from the refrigerant liquid passing through said holes (20). The electric motor (4) is connected to corresponding lowering and lifting means, by means of which the tool holder (7) is lowered and raised accordingly, so producing the lifting and lowering of a respective tool (3) through the cover (2).

    摘要: Disclosed is an automated drill apparatus composed of one or more gang drills mounted to a gang drill chassis, at least one powered drive wheel affixed to the gang drill chassis, and at least three pivotable support wheels. A control panel provides remote operation of drill rotation activation, drill advance, and drill bed position adjustment, and a panic off switch. A control system implements steering the automated drill apparatus and is selectable by the operator for steering in two-wheel mode or crab steer mode. The pivotable drive wheels, in conjunction with the control panel and control system, are used to position the automated drill apparatus along a slab to be drilled, and further activate one or more gang drills for drilling a slab.

    摘要: A method to control a power tool including the method steps: specifying the rotational speed of the drive at a first value, measuring a first amplitude of a signal, filtering the signal within a frequency range, measuring a second amplitude of the filtered signal, reducing the rotational speed of the drive to a second value if the first amplitude exceeds a first quantity and if the second amplitude exceeds a second quantity, and incrementally increasing the rotational speed of the drive to the first value, whereby each incremental increase of the rotational speed only takes place once the first amplitude remains below the first quantity for a time interval, and the second amplitude remains below the second quantity. A power tool that uses this method, includes: a drive, an acceleration sensor a filter, and a control unit.

    摘要: An apparatus for drilling holes in a glass plate has a supporting member for sucking and supporting a glass plate which is used for an automobile window or the like, as described later, and the supporting member is comprised of a suction pad for sucking the glass plate and a pair of supports for supporting the glass plate on an outer side of the suction pad. The supports are detachably mounted on the outer side of the suction pad, and the supporting member is adapted to rotate about the suction pad in an R direction. The apparatus for drilling holes in a glass plate further includes a hole forming means for forming in the glass plate holes shown in FIG. 7; a supporting means having the supporting member and for supporting the glass plate in which the holes are to be formed by the hole forming means; and a transporting means for transporting onto the supporting means the glass plate in which the holes are to be formed.
