    摘要: An optoelectronic device includes a semiconductor substrate and a monolithic array of light-emitting elements, including first and second sets of the light-emitting elements arranged on the substrate in respective first and second two-dimensional patterns, which are interleaved on the substrate. First and second conductors are respectively connected to separately drive the first and second sets of the light-emitting elements so that the device selectably emits light in either or both of the first and second patterns.

    摘要: One side surface of a diffraction grating is securely held by a holder, and further, the holder is securely supported on a substrate by a supporter in such a manner that the diffraction grating held by the holder is not brought into contact with the substrate. In this manner, the diffraction grating is fixed only onto one side surface to the supporter via the holder, and further, the diffraction grating is not brought into contact with the substrate. Therefore, the lower portion of the supporter is displaced by heat generated in the substrate, however, the displacement of the supporter cannot adversely influence directly on the diffraction grating since the holder is interposed between the displaced portion and the diffraction grating.

    摘要: In an optical system, first green light reflected by a first diffractive optical element propagates in a left direction by repeating total reflection within a first light guide unit, is reflected by a third diffractive optical element, and is guided to a left eye. First red light reflected by a fifth diffractive optical element propagates in a left direction by repeating total reflection within a second light guide unit, is reflected by a seventh diffractive optical element, and is guided to a left eye. First blue light reflected by a ninth diffractive optical element is reflected by an eleventh diffractive optical element, and is guided to a left eye.
