Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a kit for quantitative detection using a fluorescent microarray, and belongs to the technical field of protein detection. The kit of the present disclosure includes a detection plate and a detection antibody coupled with fluorescent microspheres, where the detection plate is provided with a plurality of reaction chambers; the reaction chamber is provided with an opening, and an inner bottom surface of the reaction chamber is provided with a plurality of detection sites that are arranged side by side along a length direction of the reaction chamber at an interval. The kit of the present disclosure may detect allergen-specific IgE, IgG and IgA with high sensitivity, as well as rapidly and quantitatively detect an allergen-specific antibody IgE, IgG and IgA concentration in human serum or plasma, and may screen dozens of allergens at a time.

Abstract: The invention describes fully native human neutralizing monoclonal antibodies against tetanus toxin. The invention developed fully native human neutralizing monoclonal antibodies against tetanus toxin through a systematic high through-put platform that is specialized for identifying and developing human native antibody. Abstract: The present disclosure provides an anti-biotin antibody, and provides an amino acid sequence encoding the CDRs of the antibody. Studies have shown that the antibody only reacts with a biotin conjugate or derivative, and does not react with free biotin. The present disclosure further provides applications of the antibody in, including but not limited to, ELISA, cell capture, sorting and enrichment, western blotting, flow cytometry, immunocytofluorescent staining, and immunohistochemistry. The anti-biotin antibody conjugated immunomagnetic beads can specifically and directly recognize a biotin labeled antigen, and do not bind to free biotin which is often presented in clinical samples and culture media. In addition, the anti-biotin antibody-conjugated magnetic beads or anti-biotin antibody-fluorescein provide an ideal solution for the isolation of specific cells, and can even enrich and separate target cells from samples rich in debris or other rare biological materials.
