摘要: A manufacturing method of a welded structure in which metal members are welded to each other includes bringing the metal members into contact with each other so as to form a space surrounded by the metal members, a pressure reducing port is formed between the metal members or in at least one metal member of the metal members, the manufacturing method of the welded structure further includes performing a suction operation on the space through the pressure reducing port to depressurize the space so as to bring the first portion of the metal member into contact with the second portion of the metal member, or to make a distance between the first portion and the second portion smaller than that when the space is not depressurized; and welding the first portion and the second portion to each other in a state where the space is depressurized.

摘要: An adhesive film for metal terminals is interposed between a metal terminal connected to an electrode of a power storage device element and a power storage device external member, and includes, a first polyolefin layer, a substrate, and a second polyolefin layer disposed on the metal terminal side. A sea-island structure is observed in a sectional image of the first polyolefin layer in a direction parallel to TD, the sectional image being obtained in the range of up to 30% of the thickness of the first polyolefin layer. In the sectional image, after the adhesive film for metal terminals is left to stand for 12 seconds in a heated and pressurized environment in which the temperature is 190° C. and the surface pressure is 0.016 MPa, and then left for one hour at 25° C., the of the total area of the island portions of the sea-island structure is 25.0% to 35.0%.

The positive and negative electrode metal exterior bodies and side surfaces of the electrode body are respectively insulated by the resins.

摘要: A method for generating smoke in a cell pack by which a very small amount of smoke can be generated from a specific single unit cell among unit cells constituting the cell pack. The method causes smoke generation in a cell pack in which unit cells are connected and which includes a positive electrode output terminal for electrically connecting the positive electrode terminal of the unit cell and an external device, and a negative electrode output terminal for electrically connecting the negative electrode terminal of the unit cell and an external device. By attaching a heating means to the negative electrode output terminal, the electrode body of a specific single unit cell is heated through the negative electrode output terminal to which the heating means is attached. As a result, it is possible to cause the generation of a small amount of smoke from the specific single unit cell.
