摘要: To provide a multilayer film for a disposable body warmer outer bag, and a disposable body warmer that are excellent in gas barrier property which inhibits permeation of oxygen gas, water vapor and the like, and that can allow swelling due to hydrogen gas generated during a storage period to be prevented.
In a disposable body warmer outer bag formed from a multilayer film including a sealant layer 10 and a barrier layer 20, the sealant layer 10 and the barrier layer 20 serve as an inner surface and an outer surface of the outer bag, respectively. The sealant layer 10 includes a vapor-deposited layer 12 made by vapor-depositing a metal or metal oxide on at least one surface (upper portion in FIG. 1) of a thermal fusible resin substrate 11. The barrier layer 20 includes a polyvinylidene chloride layer 22 made by coating at least one surface (lower portion in FIG. 1) of a heat-resistant resin substrate 21 with polyvinylidene chloride.-

摘要: Object: The present disclosure provides a film having a low gloss appearance and excellent scratch resistance, and a surface coating composition that can be used in the production of such a film. Resolution Means: The film of one embodiment of the present disclosure includes a scratch resistant surface layer containing a binder containing a urethane resin, urethane resin beads having an average particle diameter of 3 μm to 30 μm, hard particles having an average particle diameter of 5 μm to 45 μm; and nanosilica particles. The surface layer contains the hard particles in an amount of 30 parts by mass to 500 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the binder. The gloss of the surface layer is approximately 5.5 GU or less at 60 degrees.

The starch layer comprises a modified starch having a degree of substitution less than 1.5. Suitable other layers include polyolefins. The multilayer film finds use in packaging, particularly in packaging foodstuffs.

摘要: A manufacturing process of, and the relative laminated, polymeric semi-finished product are disclosed, the laminated, polymeric semi-finished product having in-depth aesthetic features, including at least two mutually welded layers by a lamination process with heat and/or pressure addition, wherein at least one of the layers is a thermoplastic material, in which the following steps are provided: providing a cohesion layer 100-500 micron thick, consisting of thermoplastic polyurethane, featuring in-depth aesthetic patterns; providing polymeric sheets with materials having a softening temperature above the one of the cohesion layer; and laminating at least one of the polymeric sheets at least partly transparent or translucent with the cohesion layer, by heat and/or pressure addition suitable to reach the softening of the cohesion layer featuring aesthetic patterns.

摘要: The present invention provides an optical member with which degradation of adhesion between a substrate containing triacetylcellulose and a polymer layer caused by moisture absorption is suppressed. An optical member according to the present invention includes a substrate and a polymer layer in direct contact with the substrate and having an indented structure on a surface thereof, the indented structure including multiple protrusions formed at a pitch not greater than a wavelength of visible light. Triacetylcellulose is present in at least a surface of the substrate on the polymer layer side, the polymer layer is formed from a polymerizable composition polymerizable by active energy ray irradiation, and the polymerizable composition contains 30 parts by weight or more and 75 parts by weight or less of a polyfunctional acrylate, 25 parts by weight or more and 60 parts by weight or less of a monofunctional monomer having a tertiary amide group, and 0.1 parts by weight or more and 10 parts by weight or less of a fluorine-containing compound having a reactive group.
