Abstract:
A cutter holder includes a body, a collet, a cutter, and a fastening cap. The cutter is inserted into the collet. The collet is assembled on the body with the cutter. The fastening cap is mounted on the body, and the cutter protrudes from the fastening cap. The body has a fastening portion; the collet has an annular groove. The fastening portion has a fastening portion end face. The annular groove has a first face. The fastening portion end face and the first face are separated by a distance. By means of confining the distance between the fastening portion end face and the first face, a contact area between the body and the collet is increased to enhance the clamping force. Accordingly, the cutter holder can firmly clamp the collet for precise machining.

Abstract:
The present invention discloses a cone material in endodontic treatment. The cone material comprises a thermoplastic polyurethane and a filler. The thermoplastic polyurethane is formed by a. isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) or hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI), b. poly(butyleneadipate) glycol (PBA) and c. chain extender, wherein the molar ratio of PBA and the diisocyanate is equal to or more than 0.8. By changing the molar composition of the components such as polyol and diisocyanate, physical and chemical property of the disclosed cone material in endodontic treatment can be adjusted.
Abstract:
A system for assisting fixed-focus image-capturing device to focus, which includes: an image-capturing device with fixed-focus function; a platform for placing objects; a movable structure connected to the image-capturing device or the platform, for adjusting the distance between the image-capturing device and the platform; a notifying unit, which generates a physical quantity to notify a user; and a control unit in communication with the image-capturing device and the notifying unit, for determining the distance between the image-capturing device and the platform, and when the distance is equal to a best-shot distance, sending a signal to the notifying unit to generate the physical quantity. The invention also discloses a method for assisting fixed-focus image-capturing device to focus.
Abstract:
A nano compound. The nano compound includes a metal or oxide thereof and an organic compound capable of oxidation and reduction bonded to the metal or oxide thereof. The invention also provides an organic memory device including the nano compound.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an organic non-volatile memory (ONVM) material including nanoparticles evenly dispersed in a first polymer. The nanoparticles have a metal core covered by a second polymer to form a core/shell structure, and the first polymer has a higher polymerization degree and molecular weight than the second polymer. The ONVM material of the invention has high uniformity, thereby stabilizing the electric properties of the memory device, such as increasing rewrite counts, increasing data retention time, reducing driving voltage, reducing write current, and enhancing current on/off ratio.
Abstract:
A calibration device for a nozzle suitable for calibrating a nozzle of a semiconductor apparatus is provided. The semiconductor apparatus includes a chuck with a center hole with radius R1. A cap with outer radius R3 is disposed outside the nozzle with outer radius R2. The calibration device includes a jig including an upper portion, a lower portion and a recess in the front surface of the upper portion. The recess includes an outer portion with depth D1 and radius R4 larger than R3 and an inner portion with depth D2 larger than D1 and radius R5 larger than R2. The lower portion with a radius R6 less than R1 is connected to the back surface of the upper portion for fixing the jig in the center hole. The values of (R4−R3), (R5−R2) and (R1−R6) are in the tolerable calibration inaccuracy range.
Abstract:
A press key structure is disclosed, which comprises: a keycap, configured with a bottom surface; a substrate; a first movable panel; and a second movable panel; wherein the substrate is arranged at a position underneath the keycap while disposing the first and the second movable panels in a space sandwiched between the substrate and the keycap and pivotally coupling the two by the use of a flange and a groove formed respectively on the two neighboring edges of the first and the second movable panels in a manner that the flange is slidably inset into the groove; and the each of the first and the second movable panels is coupled to the substrate by the center thereof while enabling the two edges of the first and the second movable panels that are away from each other to pivotally coupled to the bottom surface of the keycap. With the aforesaid structure, a first angle is included between the first and the second movable panels when the keycap is not pressed by a force; and a second angle that is larger than the first angle is included between the first and the second movable panels when the keycap is pressed.
