Abstract:
A class G headphone amplifier circuit with improved power efficiency and low EMI. It may use an automatic signal level detector to detect the signal level of incoming signals and determine positive and negative power supplies for headphone amplifiers accordingly. A voltage generator may generate pairs of differential output voltages at a plurality of amplitude steps, and supply to headphone amplifiers the pair with the amplitude determined by the automatic signal level detector. As a result, headphone amplifiers are biased according to the input signal level, and the multiple voltage rails may improve power efficiency and avoid clipping.
Abstract:
A semiconductor optoelectronic structure with increased light extraction efficiency and a fabrication method thereof are presented. The semiconductor optoelectronic structure includes continuous grooves formed under an active layer of the semiconductor optoelectronic structure to reflect light from the active layer and thereby direct more light through a light output surface so as to increase the light intensity from the semiconductor optoelectronic structure.
Abstract:
A flash memory cell structure is provided. A semiconductor structure includes a semiconductor substrate, a floating gate overlying the semiconductor substrate, a word-line adjacent to the floating gate, an erase gate adjacent to a side of the floating gate opposite the word-line, a first sidewall disposed between the floating gate and the word-line, and a second sidewall disposed between the floating gate and the erase gate. The first sidewall has a first characteristic and the second sidewall has a second characteristic. The first characteristic is different from the second characteristic.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a process for producing organic carboxylic acid amides by nitrile hydrolysis of a nitrile compound at certain temperature and pressure in the presence of a catalyst to produce an organic carboxylic acid amide.
Abstract:
A user selection method and apparatus for multiuser multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) are disclosed. The method includes: selecting two user-beam pairing modes, and obtaining target functions corresponding to the two user-beam pairing modes; comparing the target functions corresponding to the two user-beam pairing modes; and selecting a user-beam pairing mode with a larger target function. With the present invention, the optimal user-beam pairing mode can be quickly obtained when the channel information is inaccurate; and the calculation is simplified.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a low temperature ion implantation by performing a heating process after the end of an implanting process and before the wafer is moved into the external environment. This invention actively raises wafer temperature at a time no later than implementation of the vacuum venting process, such that the condensed moisture induced by the temperature difference between a vacuum environment inside ion implanter and an external environment outside ion implanter is effectively minimized. The wafer can be heated at a loadlock, a robot for transferring wafer and/or an implantation chamber. The wafer can be heated by a gas, a liquid, a light and/or a heater embedded in a holder for holding the wafer.
Abstract:
A process for producing carboxylic acid anhydrides by the carbonylation reaction of a carboxylic acid ester, derived from an alcohol and a carboxylic acid, with carbon monoxide containing a small amount of hydrogen in a liquid reaction medium in the presence of a Group VIII B catalyst to produce a carboxylic acid anhydride. The reaction medium comprises the Group VIII B catalyst, an organic halide, the carboxylic acid ester, an alkali metal salt, the carboxylic acid anhydride, the carboxylic acid, and at least one ionic liquid consisting of a cation and an anion where the cation of the ionic liquid has a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic structure. The ionic liquid has at least one of the following structural forms: The reaction rate of the carbonylation reaction is increased by the use of the specified ionic liquid promoters.
Abstract:
A positioning device, used in antenna's testing system, includes a crane, a fastening device, a testing antenna and a laser generator. The crane includes a gearing with a sliding shoe thereon. The fastening device is fixed on the sliding shoe of the crane. The testing antenna is fixed in font of the fastening device. The laser generator is fastened on the fastening device and located on a level different from the testing antenna. The laser generator sends out laser for defining the position of the testing antenna.
