摘要: A hybrid vehicle drive apparatus includes an engine, a transmission unit, and a differential unit. A dual-motor travel is possible by stopping the engine and driving a first rotating machine and a second rotating machine as a result of engaging a first engaging element and a second engaging element of the transmission unit. At a time of switching to a dual-motor travel, the hybrid vehicle drive apparatus executes a first control for carrying out a negative RPM control by the first rotating machine; a second control for engaging either one of a first engaging element and a second engaging element of the transmission unit; and a third control for engaging both of the first engaging element and the second engaging element of the transmission unit after the first control and the second control.

摘要: A control device of a vehicle is configured to select motor running by one motor, motor running by two motors, and engine running. A charging capacity of an electric storage device allowing selection of the motor running by two motors is higher than a charging capacity allowing selection of the motor running by one motor. In the motor running by two motors and the engine running, a drive force larger than in the motor running by one motor is generated. When the motor running by one motor is performed with a charging capacity equal to or greater than a first threshold value, and a driver's drive request amount is increased, if the charging capacity is equal to or greater than a second threshold value higher than the first threshold value, the motor running by two motors is selected, while if the charging capacity is less than the second threshold value, the engine running is selected.

The receiving recess is configured into an annular form and radially outwardly extends from the through-hole to receive a flange of the needle. A movable plate is placed on an axial side of the movable core, which is opposite from the nozzle. An axial length of the flange is smaller than an axial distance between a contact surface of the movable plate, which is contactable with the needle, and a bottom wall of the receiving recess in a contact state where the movable core and the movable plate contact with each other.

摘要: When an engine is driven on a different type of fuel (for example, ethanol-containing fuel) from a reference fuel (for example, gasoline) and the engine torque is thus greater than that produced when the engine is driven on the reference fuel, a differential state control device expands a non-differential range compared to that at the time when the reference fuel is used. Thus, in the case where a plurality of types of fuel including the reference fuel are supplied to the engine, the advantage of switching a power distribution mechanism between a differential enabled state and a non-differential state can be fully utilized in correspondence with engine torque characteristics which may vary in accordance with the type of fuel for the engine. As a result, the fuel consumption rate can be reduced in correspondence with the plurality of types of fuel supplied to the engine, for example.

摘要: An engine start-up control device for a vehicle is provided with a structure which prevents the occurrence of an uncomfortable shock arising from amplified engine load torque fluctuation caused by resonance, when an output of a first motor generator starting up an engine by driving the same is limited. With a second motor generator having reactive torque restricting the rotation of a transfer member, the first motor generator rotatably drives a sun gear to crank the engine for start-up thereof. When this takes place, if the output of the first motor generator is limited, torque reference reactive-force control is executed to control reactive torque of the second motor generator in accordance with a predetermined torque whereby when the engine load torque exceeds a predetermined value, a rotation speed variation of the transfer member is permitted against reactive torque such that the rotation speed variation of the transfer member allows engine load torque to escape for thereby precluding engine load torque fluctuation to be amplified due to resonance.
