摘要: A hybrid vehicle driving apparatus includes: an engine; a first rotator; a second rotator; a first differential mechanism configured to transmit a rotation of the engine to a driving wheel side; and a switching device configured to shift the first differential mechanism. The first rotator is coaxially disposed with the engine, the second rotator is disposed with the engine, the second rotator is disposed on a different axis from an axis of the engine to constitute a multiple-axis system, the first differential mechanism is coaxially disposed with and between the engine and the first rotator, and the switching device is disposed at an opposite side from the engine with respect to the first rotator.

摘要: A vehicle using a first MG, a second MG, and an engine as drive sources includes an electric oil pump, a mechanical oil pump driven by power of the engine, and a hydraulic circuit. The hydraulic circuit includes first oil passages for supplying oil to the first MG, a second oil passage for supplying oil to the second MG, a switch-over valve capable of switching over states of communication of the first oil passage, and a switch control valve that outputs pilot hydraulic pressure to the switch-over valve. States of the switch-over valve are switched over in accordance with hydraulic pressure from the switch control valve and hydraulic pressure from the mechanical pump.

摘要: A drive system of a hybrid vehicle, including an engine, a first electric motor, a second electric motor operatively connected to a drive wheel of the hybrid vehicle, and two planetary gear mechanisms, and wherein the two planetary gear mechanisms have at least four rotary elements arranged to permit the drive system to be placed in a selected one of a first operation mode in which the rotary element connected to the engine and the rotary element connected to the first electric motor are disposed on opposite sides of the rotary element connected to the drive wheel and the second electric motor, as seen in a collinear chart in which the four rotary elements are located at respective four different positions along a base line, and a second operation mode in which the rotary element connected to the first electric motor and the rotary element connected to the drive wheel and the second electric motor are disposed on opposite sides of the rotary element connected to the engine, as seen in said collinear chart.

摘要: Providing a control apparatus for a vehicular power transmitting system, which permits the power transmitting system to provide a sufficient vehicle drive force even when an input of an electric energy into an electric-energy storage device is restricted.Electric efficiency reducing means 80 (SA4) reduces the electric efficiency of at least one of an first electric motor M1 and a second electric motor, when an input of an electric energy into a chargeable electric-energy storage device 60 is restricted, during an operation of an engine 8 to provide a vehicle drive force and generation of the electric energy by at least one of the first electric motor M1 and the second electric motor M2, so that the amount of electric energy generated by the first electric motor M1 is reduced, and/or the amount of electric energy consumed by the second electric motor M2 is increased, whereby a sufficient vehicle drive force can be obtained even when the input into the electric-energy storage device 60 is restricted.

摘要: A control device for a vehicular drive system controls an engine rotation speed (NE) in a way not to exceed an engine upper limit rotation speed (NELIM). The engine upper limit rotation speed is altered depending on a second electric motor rotation speed (NM2) such that a second electric motor increasing possible rotation speed (NM2max), influenced with the engine upper limit rotation speed (NELIM), is altered depending on the second electric motor rotation speed (NM2). Consequently, when the second electric motor rotation speed (NM2) is relatively high, the engine upper limit rotation speed (NELIM) can be lowered, and the second electric motor increasing possible rotation speed (NM2max) can be altered to a lower level for suppressing an increase in rotation speed of a second electric motor (M2). Thus, the second electric motor is improved in durability thereof.

摘要: A vehicle control device is configured to select a single motor running, a multiple motor running and an engine running, such that a level of a charging capacity of an electric storage device in which the multiple motor running is selectable is higher than a level of the charging capacity in which the single motor running is selectable. During the single motor running performed with the charging capacity being equal to or greater than a first threshold value, the control device is configured, upon increase of the drive force requested by a driver of the vehicle, to select the multiple motor running when the charging capacity is equal to or greater than a second threshold value that is higher than the first threshold value, and to select the engine running when the charging capacity of the electric storage device is less than the second threshold value.
