    摘要: Provided are a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH)-based scheduling method and apparatus suitable for use by a base station in a long-term evolution (LTE) system. The scheduling method includes: determining an aggregation level of a common search space of a PDCCH by considering channel quality of a plurality of user equipments (UEs); identifying the number of PDCCH candidates and the number of messages, which require allocation of the common search space, based on the determined aggregation level and selecting messages by a smaller number of the number of messages and the number of PDCCH candidates; and allocating PDCCH resources and physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) resources for the selected messages. In a situation where the PDCCH resources are shared by downlink scheduling information and uplink scheduling information of different UEs, the PDCCH resource-based scheduling method can be used by the base station to efficiently utilize the PDCCH resources.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for generating a decision tree using an inference engine in a ubiquitous environment. In the method, a data table for a data event set is generated based on information collected by at least one sensor. Subsequently, a weight value of the data event set is established, and an entropy is calculated based on the established weight value (here, the entropy is a scale for classifying the information collected by the sensor into respective classes). In addition, the decision tree for the collected information is formed based on the calculated entropy.

    摘要: A method of performing handover in a mobile communication network, a mobile communication terminal using the same, and a mobile network system are provided. The method of performing handover in a mobile communication network includes: receiving QoS requirement on a mobile service basis from a user terminal; determining a most suitable mobile network to QoS requirement of a mobile service as a network for handover; and requesting handover to a base station of a mobile network determined as a network for handover. Therefore, in consideration of characteristics of a mobile network and a quality of a service used by a user, by determining handover to an optimum mobile network on a service quality basis, service interruption due to performing unnecessary handover can be prevented and by effectively distributing traffic of a mobile network, overload of a system can be prevented.
