Abstract:
An object is to provide a mutant of a cellulase-producing microorganism which produces a cellulase capable of preferentially producing a cello-oligosaccharide during the selective production of the cello-oligosaccharide through enzymolysis of a cellulosic material in the presence of the cellulase, a method for producing the cellulase and a method for producing a cello-oligosaccharide using the cellulase. The present invention relates to a mutant of a cellulase-producing microorganism, in which cellobiohydrolase and β-glucosidase genes are disrupted.
Abstract:
Provided are a vulcanizate of a chloroprene rubber composition containing carbon black that generates a smaller amount of heat when used and a method for producing the same by a simpler and more convenient method. First, an unvulcanized rubber composition at least containing a chloroprene polymer and carbon black is vulcanization-molded, to give a semivulcanized molded article having a cure characteristic value, as determined by the method specified in JIS K6300-2: 2001, in the range of t10 to t80. Then, the semivulcanized molded article obtained by semivulcanized film-forming step is additionally vulcanized in the state as it is deformed entirely and the deformation is removed, to give vulcanizate in a desired shape.

Abstract:
A modified natural rubber particle having carbon-carbon double bands assigned to multifunctional vinyl monomers graft-copolymerized onto the surface of the modified natural rubber particle, which is prepared by graft-copolymerization of multifunctional vinyl monomers having two or more carbon-carbon double bonds onto natural rubber particles or deproteinized natural rubber particles. One of the methods for producing a modified natural rubber particle includes the steps of: forming inclusion complex of the multifunctional vinyl monomers having two or more carbon-carbon double bonds with a guest-protecting agent to protect at least one of the double bonds of the multifunctional vinyl monomers; graft-copolymerizing the resulting inclusion complex onto natural rubber particles or deproteinized natural rubber particles; and deprotecting the protected double bonds by removing the guest-protecting agent from the obtained graft-copolymer.
Abstract:
A work processing apparatus performs processing of a surface to be processed of a work by causing a processing head to come into sliding contact with the work held on an upper surface of a holding plate. The processing head includes a plasma electrode that generates plasma and radiates the plasma to the surface to be processed of the work. In the plasma electrode, an annular or solid cylindrical central electrode provided at a center in a radial direction and an annular outer circumferential electrode provided at an outer side in the radial direction with respect to the central electrode are arranged with an annular slit portion intermediating therebetween at a boundary position thereof, the slit portion is configured as a plasma generation space, and a processing pad is provided at bottom surfaces of the central electrode and the outer circumferential electrode.
