Abstract: To provide a blood treatment filter device capable of efficiently utilizing a blood treatment filter.A blood treatment filter device 20 has a filter sheet 26 through which a specific component among components forming blood is harder to pass than other components and a spacer sheet 27 through which the specific component is easier to pass than through the filter sheet 26. The filter sheet 26 has filter through-holes 39 disposed at intervals. The filter sheet 26 and the spacer sheet 27 are spirally wound in an overlapped state. The filter device 20 has seals 31 sealing both end portions in the longitudinal direction of a wound body 25 formed by the filter sheet 26 and the spacer sheet 27 which are spirally wound in a fluid-tight manner. The outer peripheral surface of the wound body 25 is formed by the filter sheet 26.

Abstract: In an indwelling needle assembly, a safety mechanism part is provided with an outer-needle-hub engaging part to be engaged with an outer needle hub, and an engaging-part opposing wall. Relative rotation of the outer-needle-hub engaging part and the engaging-part opposing wall is restricted, and at least one of the outer-needle-hub engaging part and the engaging-part opposing wall displaces integrally with urging parts. When an inner needle is pulled out of the outer needle hub, a block part engaged with the inner needle through an inner-needle engaging part is moved relative to the urging parts and forced to a non-contact state, and the urging parts displace in a direction approaching the inner needle, thereby preventing a needle tip of the inner needle from protruding from the safety mechanism part and releasing engagement of the outer needle hub with the safety mechanism part.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a medical dermatological preparation for external use comprising an active drug, polyoxyethylene arachyl ether, stearyl alcohol, a liquid oily ingredient, a moisturizing ingredient and water, and provides a medical dermatological preparation for external use, which reduces occurrence or degree of a side effect such as skin irritation in the medical dermatological preparation for external use. The present invention provides particularly a medical dermatological preparation for external use, which comprises adapalene and reduces occurrence and degree of a side effect such as skin irritation.

Abstract: A culture system has a culture bag for suspending and culturing pluripotent stem cells in a culture medium; a waste liquid container for storing used culture medium that is connected to the culture bag; a fresh medium container for storing a fresh culture medium that is connected to the culture bag; three-way stopcocks for switching flow channels from the culture bag to the waste liquid container or the fresh culture medium container, etc.; a trap portion for trapping the pluripotent stem cells in the culture medium in the flow toward the waste liquid container side; and a filter portion for subculturing that is formed in fourth and fifth flow channels in parallel to a first flow channel. The first flow channel connects the trap part to the culture bag, and has a mesh by which a cell mass of the pluripotent stem cells can be divided. A pump is used to pump the liquid in the individual flow channels.

Abstract: This invention provides a PTP sheet for pharmaceutical drug packaging from which a solid pharmaceutical drug is easily taken out and in which a pocket portion is hard to be accidentally damaged. Abstract: A filter device has a catheter having a lumen, a shaft extended in the longitudinal direction from the lumen, and a filter capturing an embolus. The filter is connected to the shaft through a slide ring at the distal end thereof. The shaft is inserted into and passed through the ring. The ring is rotatable with respect to the shaft and slidable in the longitudinal direction. When the filter is expanded in a blood vessel, the ring slides on the shaft. The filter is connected to the shaft through another ring on the peripheral edge of an opening. The shaft is inserted into and passed through the ring. The ring is rotatable with respect to the shaft. The ring is held between a pair of stoppers fixed onto the shaft. Therefore, the movement of the ring in the longitudinal direction with respect to the shaft is prevented.
