Abstract: A light shielding component with low gloss and high optical concentration independent of the film thickness of the light shielding layer is provided. The light shielding component includes a substrate film; and a light shielding layer formed on at least one surface of the substrate film. The maximum height Rz measured according to JIS B0601:2001 of the surface forming the light shielding layer is set to 1 μm or more and 5 μm or less, and the average length Rsm of the contour curve elements is set to 40 μm or less. Preferably, the light shielding layer includes a particle group with a particle size of 2 μm˜6 μm and a particle group with a particle size of 0.06 μm˜0.4 μm.

Abstract: Provided is a black light-shielding member, which has an excellent effect of anti-reflection that based on low glossiness and has a high blackness. A black light-shielding member including a substrate film, a resin-made light-shielding layer having a concave-convex shape formed on at least one surface of the substrate film, and a blackened layer formed on the resin-made light-shielding layer is produced. By adjusting an arithmetic mean surface roughness Ra of the surface on which the light-shielding layer and the blackened layer are formed to be 0.25 μm or more, and the maximum thickness of the blackened layer is less than the said Ra, a blackness with an L value of 12 or less is achieved.

Abstract: The present invention provides a UV curable resin composition that can be cured without going through a high-temperature heating process and has excellent adhesiveness, and a sheet using the same.
The UV curable resin composition comprises a rubber component with a diene skeleton, a photopolymerization initiator, a crosslinker and a tackifier. The composition contains a solid rubber component and a liquid rubber component at 25° C. as the rubber component with the diene. Since the UV curable composition can be cured by UV irradiation in a short time, it can be applied not only to adherends with high heat resistance but also to various parts.-

Abstract: There is provided a magnetic responsiveness composite material capable of increasing viscosity by applying a magnetic field when compounded together with a liquid in a composition. A lipophilic treatment agent is applied to at least a part of surfaces of the second particles. The second particles satisfy a relationship of having a smaller average particle diameter than that of the first particles. A lipophilic treatment agent is preferably at least one kind selected from coupling agents and surfactants.

Abstract: The present invention is a method that enables continuous injection molding of a thermosetting resin composition and reuse of an unnecessary part produced during the molding. The method includes injecting a thermosetting resin composition into a mold while a curing reaction of the resin composition is incomplete. The thermosetting resin composition is then cooled in the mold until becoming semi-cured and removed as a semi-cured product from the mold. The semi-cured product is separated from the unnecessary part and separately heated to progress a thermosetting reaction of the thermosetting resin composition. The unnecessary part may be used as a reworked raw material by regrinding the unnecessary part and mixing it with a fresh thermosetting resin composition. Then, a resultant mixture is used to perform a new injection molding.
