The first and second contact positions are shifted in the second direction, respectively, and the first electrode and the first contact section are electrically separated from the second electrode and the second contact section.

摘要： A data processing device which selects either emission of electrons from a nonvolatile memory cell or injection of electrons into it for each bit. A memory array includes a plurality of nonvolatile memory cells each having a pair of a first MOS transistor and a second MOS transistor where the first transistor has a charge retention layer and a memory gate and is used for data storage and the second transistor has a control gate and selectively connects the first transistor to a bit line. When negative voltage is applied to a memory gate, electrons held by a charge retention layer are emitted through hot carriers generated in a nonvolatile memory cell channel region for erasing; and when positive voltage is applied to the memory gate, electrons are injected into the charge retention layer through hot carriers generated in the nonvolatile memory cell channel region for writing and controls the generation and suppression of hot carriers by means of bit line voltage on each bit line.

摘要： A golf ball is provided which contains a core and a cover. In the forming of the cover, two half shells made from a thermoplastic resinous composition are used to cover the core, the composite is put in a spherical mold, then, the mold is clamped. Thereafter, the thermoplastic resin where it is heated and pressurized at a pressure of 5 kgf/cm2 to 50 kgf/cm2, and the excess thermoplastic resin composition flows out of the spherical cavity. Subsequently, the thermoplastic resin composition is heated in the spherical cavity and is pressurized at a pressure of 70 kgf/cm2 or more whereby the cover is formed. The total volume of the two half shells is 105% to 120% of the volume of the cover.

The wireless server device is connected to a network and implements a master search service. Besides, the wireless terminal device comprises a storage means that caches service objects obtained through the master search service. In addition, in searching the slave search service for a service, the wireless terminal device begins by searching the service objects cached in the storage means. In the case where the service is not detected, the wireless terminal device searches the master search service. The service objects are cached by being related to priority data. Thereby, there is provided a service searching system comprising a wireless terminal device, which is intended to search for a service in a distributed system in which a range of services are distributed in a network, wherein it is possible to cut down a service-searching time and costs, and further, it is possible to cut down communication interruptions by noise etc. in the wireless communication section compared to the conventional one.

The recording material passes between the rotatable member and the backup member, and upstream of the heater of the supporting member with respect to the direction of movement of the recording material, there are provided a protruding portion protruding more toward the backup member side than the surface of contact between the heater and the rotatable member, and a groove portion provided between the protruding portion and the heater and depressed more than the surface of contact of the heater with the rotatable member, and a lubricant is contained in the groove portion. Thereby, the driving torque of the rotatable member can be suppressed.

An image forming apparatus includes a transfer voltage applying section for applying a voltage to a transfer section; a transfer current detector for detecting the transfer current flowing through the transfer section; a fixing section for fixing the toner image to fixing position at a predetermined temperature; and a size detector for detecting the size of the recording material. The transfer voltage applying section applies a predetermined transfer voltage, while the recording material passes through the transfer section, so that the transfer current is kept a constant current. When the predetermined transfer voltage is lower than a threshold voltage and the size of the recording material is larger than the predetermined size, the fixing section fixes the toner image at a temperature which is lower than the predetermined temperature.

A semiconductor data processing device has: a memory array having nonvolatile memory cells arrayed in a matrix and divided into a plurality of erase blocks each instructed to be erased together; and a control circuit, wherein the control circuit controls both of two kinds of erasing voltages applied to the nonvolatile memory cell in the erase block instructed to be erased together to select an erase sector from the erase block for performing erase for each erase sector, thereby performing the erase for each erase sector in time division. Time division erase can distribute an erasing current. Two kinds of erasing voltages are used to select the erase sector. No specific drivers need be provided for each erase sector.
