    摘要: A collapsible trolley includes a body having a back panel, a shelf panel pivotally attached to a bottom edge of the back panel, a pair of back wing panels pivotally attached one each to opposing side edges of the back panel, a pair of shelf wing panels pivotally attached one each to opposing side edges of the shelf panel and one each to bottom edges of the pair of shelf wing panels. The body is movable between an unfolded use configuration and a folded storage configuration. A latching member is attached to the body and adapted to secure the body in the folded storage configuration. A pair of wheels is attached to the pair of back wing panels by brackets that trap the wheels between vertical abutment portions and the back wing panels, and the back wing panels have arcuate openings that align with the edge rims of the pair of wheels.

A preferred embodiment provides a gripper and a complementary handle, which is implemented on a microcomponent to be grasped, to enable the gripper to effectively grasp the microcomponent by grasping the complementary handle implemented for such component. A preferred embodiment provides a gripper and a complementary handle that is implemented on a microcomponent to enable the microcomponent to be accurately picked-and-placed with the gripper. The complementary handle may be an integrated part of the microcomponent to be grasped, or the handle may be a separate component that is capable of being permanently or temporarily coupled to a microcomponent. Most preferably, the gripper and complementary handle may be implemented to constrain all six degrees of freedom, both translational and rotational, of a grasped handle relative to the gripper.

    摘要: A one-way damping system is provided for dampening the movement of a closure member when the closure member is moved in a first direction toward its opened position such that the closure member is opened at a controlled rate of speed, and for permitting the closure member to be moved in a second direction toward its closed position such that the closure member is able to be closed at an undampened or unrestricted rate of speed. The closure member includes a gear rack integrally molded therewith, and a rotary damper gear is movable into engagement with and out of engagement from the gear rack in order to provide the dampened and undampened movement modes. An idler gear or a pair of control arms are operatively associated with the rotary damper gear so as to ensure proper engagement and disengagement of the rotary damper gear with respect to the gear rack.

    摘要: A stabilizing system for use with a vehicle suspension which employs a first and second strap or other flexible tension member associated with and extending between opposite control arm assemblies of the suspension. A first end of each strap is anchored to a corresponding control arm assembly. A second end, distal the first end, of each strap is anchored to the control arm assembly distal the first end. Each strap, alternately, weaves over and under at least two guides associated with and positioned between the path of the straps. The guides and/or bushings associated with the anchor points may be formed of a yieldable material to provide a yieldable biasing action on the straps. An adjustment assembly is associated with each strap to preload the associated strap to a desired tension. The stabilizing system occupies space between the control arm assemblies and is very lightweight due to the thin belt-like characteristics of the straps. The stabilizing system of the present invention functions to transfer forces imposed on one control assembly to the opposite control arm assembly by alternately placing an associated strap in tension or allowing the other strap to go slack. The flexible tension members or straps are preferrably connected to the control arms at locations tending to minimize the effect of single wheel impact loads.

    摘要: Corrosion resistant fasteners and similar articles are compositely coated in which an epoxy base coating is applied on an inner metallic core and a top coating is applied on the epoxy coating. The epoxy base coat is preferably applied on the metallic core by cathodic electrodeposition. The composition of the top coating can comprise sulfonates such as petroleum sulfonates and sulfurized hydrocarbon fatty acid and ester. Hydrocarbon fatty acid ester in the top coat can be derived from polymer of ethylene or propylene or natural oil. Particularly preferred top coat formulations additionally include a salt of sulfamic acid or a derivative and/or salts of barium such as barium carbonate and barium sulfate. The composite coatings provide improvement in corrosion resistance of the fasteners.

An intermediate subassembly includes a plastic tubular spacer body having opposite ends closed by plastic end caps fixed to the tubular body by axially projecting fingers or abutments, which also serve to resist deflection of the end caps. The intermediate subassembly also includes grommets fixed to the end caps.
